The top image is zero. It’s not a trick question. An opinion is all am asking for.
If you mean the little boy standing by himself, is he the same as the smaller boy in the photo below?

I think it might be the same kid although I haven’t seen him as a little kid with so much hair. Tall forehead, eyes. Dunno, most all the pictures I’ve seen purported to be him look like him, imo.
That other kid has a seriously creepy Eddie Munster’s evil cousin thing going on.

Hawaii’s Territorial Law, Chapter 57 - “VITAL STATISTICS, I”, shown beginning pg 23 of 29, (the law in effect in 1961) allowed baby’s born anywhere in the world to be eligible to apply for a Hawaii birth certificate based on the word of 1 relative. That is how a foreign born baby could get a HI BC on record, which in turn generates the “birth announcements” in the newspapers.
Does the news paper have ? or does not have Obama Jr’s name in it ?
or is it just a announcement that a son was born to ANN and Obama SR ?
Does the newspaper say where he was born?
Country? County?
Hospital?
Name of child would be normal, as would all the above, don’t you think?

Since Mr Obama is a public citizen, not a private one, why can’t Hawaii release all his documents since Hawaiian law provides for release if in the public interest, as it clearly is .....???

The Susan Blake interview put Stanley Ann in Washington the month Obama was born. Somehow, despite having a pink new baby, Obama’s mama didn’t seem to know to change the baby’s diapers. Seems odd if the baby was already two or three weeks old.
On a related note, I found some information posted at butterdezillion’s blog that talked about how to handle births that were ‘en route’ meaning on a plane or ship. The procedure was to list the arrival point as the place of birth.
Theoretically a baby could be born anywhere, and as long as the mother shows up in Hawaii on a plane or ship and says her baby was born en route, it could be listed as Hawaiian born. The kicker is that the certificate would indicate the baby was born on a ship or an airplane. Perhaps all you had to do was show your plane ticket or ship pass, which could explain why Chiyome Fukino said she saw vital records (plural) that ‘verify’ that Obama was born in Hawaii. Legally, it might be correct, but factually it would be wrong ... and it would explain why Obama doesn’t want to show the original certificate. It leaves him needing to explain where he was really born ... Kenya?? Seattle?? Vancouver??

This has turned out to be a nightmare for them. They tried taking down our testimony as well. Earlier this morning the testimony was back up - after some e-mails to reps, asking what was going on.
They don’t want the full record of what’s been going on posted.
Smells like desperation and confusion to me!

Where is the scar-line that is supposed to be visible on this side of his head? It does not seem to be there in this photo. Also this is an excellent photo of his left ear that could be used for comparison to possible father’s ears.
ear...that’s why I posted it, BUT also look more closely for scar. I can see it faintly (makeup is masking it? what was the name of that can of “spray hair” lol)
