50-year-old Winona man is in custody at a Rochester hospital after he allegedly holed himself up in his bathroom, ripped the toilet from the floor, then used the commode to threaten police. Documents released Tuesday say the man was covered in cuts and wielding the toilet over his head when officers broke into his bathroom Sunday night. Police say water was spraying from broken plumbing.
