No different than they would do in any thug controlled third world nation.

Don't be surprised if Obama tries to find a way to 'suspend' Nov. elections.

If the Dems pass a law in a dubious manner why do they think

1. Courts are going to uphold it?

2. Future executives (i.e. Presidents) are going to feel obliged to enforce it?

OK, they are sort of stupid questions since we are obviously dealing with Dems but these are points that we should start bringing out.

For whatever it's worth, I found this info at HillBuzz:

I have been publicizing the FREE fax site for sending blast faxes to blue dog dems. So easy. Just a few clicks, and absolutely free.

I am trying to stop ObamaCare by faxing a lot.

For those with some money ($15, $35, or $75), Grassfire Nation will fax your message to a list of Congressmen (17, 52, or 132 leaders) for you:
http://www.grassfire.com/3122/offer.asp

Grassfire also has a Stop ObamaCare petition.

My hubbers tells me my generic Stop ObamaCare fax is well-written enough that I should share it with the wider world, so here goes (indulge me):

Dear Lawmaker,

My family has a lot of medical problems. I know what it’s like to be sick. I know what it’s like to wake up every morning not knowing how you’re going to pay your medical bills. I’ve lived through all that and it sucks.

But ObamaCare is not the answer. The “reforms” in ObamaCare aren’t going to fix the system. They are going to break the system even more.

Our health care system isn’t broken because it’s too free. It’s broken because it’s not free enough.

Our health care system isn’t broken because it’s at the mercy of market forces. It’s broken because it’s already too shielded from the market by pre-existing laws, regulations, and mandates. The solution isn’t to pile more on.

If we really want to make health care in America better, why don’t we reform the tax code so that employers’ health plans aren’t favored over individual health plans? That will make health plans portable again, and will end the absurd tragedy of losing your health plan when you get too sick to hold a job. Why don’t we relax health-insurance mandates so people aren’t forced to buy coverage they neither want nor need when they purchase a health plan? Why don’t we enact meaningful medical-malpractice reform? Why don’t we create health vouchers (instead of Medicaid) for the poorest and sickest among us, so they have a direct resource for getting the medical care they need? These steps, and more like them, would truly improve accessibility and lower costs in the long run. These are the steps you would take if you were serious about helping poor and sick Americans in ways that actually WORK.

But ObamaCare doesn’t do those things. No, ObamaCare is a monument to everything that is already wrong with health care in America.

Obama said we should pass ObamaCare because “I am my brother’s keeper”. But I say that as my brother’s keeper, I want to keep my brother safe from the harm of ObamaCare. It is because I love my brother that I think ObamaCare should be stopped. ObamaCare won’t just hurt me and my family. It will hurt millions unknown to me, many of the most vulnerable among us, many yet to be born. Opposing ObamaCare is an act of charity, an act of brotherly love.

So I urge you, take a stand for your constituents. Do the brave thing. Do the loving thing. Do what is right for our children and our children’s children. Stop ObamaCare now. Start health-care reform over from scratch, in a way that respects Americans’ freedoms. For if we are not free to care for our own bodies, the earthly instruments of our wills and spirits, what freedom do we have?

Listen to the American people. Stop ObamaCare and save American freedoms. Stop ObamaCare and save American lives.

This is a way to guarantee that reconciliation will not happen in the Senate. It has become a hot potato.

The Senate bill will end up passed in the house but the Senate will not take up reconciliation.

No one wants to be held accountable for doing something they know is wrong. But they will be.

Do you mean that they aren’t even going to vote on the “deeming” bill and just say it’s passed?.........

The Dems may not care at this point, but this strategy, if they go through with it, will be a political disaster.

Twitter and the blogosphere are already in ridicule mode of this “deeming” something done.

They would be far, far better off just to bite the bullet and vote for the actual Senate bill. They’re still going to be held responsible ... and the “deeming” trick will be the Cornhusker Kickback on steroids.

Neil Cavuto said Rush gave out the numbers for congress to his listeners and now the phone lines are overloaded.
The numbers are also listed on Rush’s page.

Here is one of the ones he gave out on the radio that I’m calling. So far it’s been busy but I’m going to burn it up till I get to tell my congress critter to vote NO!
