Chuck You Schumer: Trying to get around the Constitution (audio)

I wish I had a link at this time, I've tried googling some of what I heard. It seems that Beck is the only one who has copy of the audio at this time.
Schumer needs to be removed from office. It is his duty to uphold the constitution, not 'look into' ways to get around it. His words.
Beck said he'd play the whole audio tonight on the show.

How about some kind of organized movement to have him removed. He has shown that he is part of a conspiracy to destroy the Constitution as well as violating his oath of office.
Any way to do that?

This guy has been a POS forever. I have not talked to one person who likes him yet he still wins hands down every time.
The GOP needs to get a serious candidate in there to run against him and Gillibrand both.
It may actually be easier to recall them than to defeat them in a general election.
