PING!!!!
Pereillo is the walking dead here in VA.
I think they are beginning to realize that if they pass this monstrosity, they will be out of power for the foreseeable future. That’s all the Repub’s will have to say is “remember the Health Care debacle” and it will last.
If they were smart, they lick their wounds now, take the defeat in November and start working their way back. The R’s will again do stupid things that will make people try the Dems again. If they force this thing through, they will be out of power for a long, long time.
No wonder the 'Rats are in a hurry, eh?
I was worried Pelosi had a few votes in her hip pocket beyond those who voted for it last time. Guess I gave her too much credit for being an effective leader.
Maybe the Rats are just fixing the statistics.
They know how many votes they need, how many and which seats will be up for election, and who is most vulnerable.
Maybe they are just trying to figure out how small they can make their kamikaze squad and still get the bill passed while impacting their hold on Congress the least.
You guys quit countin’ your chicks so quickly. We’ve seen it before, this is the age of corruption, lies, deceit and dictatorship building.
According to my Congressman: Health Care Reconciliation will be in the Budget Committee on MONDAY! I am on the Budget Committee. I’ll be fighting it every step of the way!
in a very bizarre kind of way, maybe Eric Massa has rallied a number of Dems against this administration and their bullying tactics
Maybe America still has a chance.
If Nancy had the votes they would have voted. The more that the dems see that it is not going to pass, it will allow those dems up for re-election in Nov. to also vote no. It is going to begin to burst at the seams. They probably will not let it come to a vote to protect the presidents reputation.
“At least 25 House Democrats will reject the healthcare reform legislation, according to a survey by The Hill, a review of other media reports and interviews with lawmakers, aides and lobbyists. Dozens of House Democrats are undecided or won’t comment on their position on the measure.”
While I’m surely hoping and praying this is true, I’ll believe it when I (don’t) see it (a vote)!
