Kathleen Gotto, who last fall had requested information from the Hawaii Department of Health under the state’s UIPA law, has filed a formal complaint with the Office of Information Practices Ombudsman, accusing Department of Health employees of investigating her background on the internet and subsequently ignoring her request.

Her complaint was filed as a result of The Post & Email’s discovery of Hawaii Health Department/Vital Records personnel conspiring via email to ignore her requests based on their perceived notion of her political views after seeking personal information about her on the internet.

Ms. Gotto’s request did not involve the disclosure of vital records. Rather, her questions centered on how the State of Hawaii records out-of-state births. Her complaint, filed by email, reads:

Keep fighting. Hawaii is a corrupt dump. I will never go there on vacation and I can afford it. The golf courses are nice but there are nicer ones in red states in the mainland. HI is covering for Obama.

Complaints aren’t going to do enough in a timely manner.

It seems suits need to be filed before the July 2010 deadline.

And Matsunaga won’t do anything about it. This is the proper step to take but the proper steps don’t work in Hawaii because the whole system is filled with corrupt cronies. Like Chicago.

It’s really the same tactic used by the left and by the Islamists: get strong majorities in local areas so that you can have an area where you can be as corrupt as you want to be, and then use that as a base to extend your influence and control.

That’s how radical Islamists are getting control in Britain. First they have neighborhoods that are almost entirely Muslim. Then they claim a need to have police there who are “culturally sensitive”. Then they push to be able to have their own adjudication of “civil complaints”. That’s all used to have legal recognition of Sharia in local places. Once the notion of Sharia within the country’s secular framework is accepted it’s not a large step to expand that and use that precedent.

The same thing can easily happen here. A judge in Dearborn, for instance, could make a stupid ruling that favors the terrorists. That establishes precedent that impacts the entire US.

The leftists use the same thing - getting precedents in local areas that then extend to the whole country. Or - in the case of Hawaii - letting the criminal corruption “validate” a foreign commie to become the president of the US.

Your right, Hawaii is a corrupt state, and we should boycott buying products from Hawaii, or going there on vacation, besides ? didn’t they want to succeed from the Union and become their own country ?
