The verbose Senator from New York has no comment. Now that's a change we can all get behind.
Feel free to revel with me in the sweet irony of this. From the Mid-Hudson News Network:
"In the meantime, Senator Charles Schumer, who is hardly ever at a loss for words, refused to discuss the situation in Albany or the Rep. Charles Rangel controversy in Washington when questioned Thursday.
"I'm not going to talk about politics today."
Priceless. This has got to be the quintessential case of that classic adage "silence is golden," whether or not it is artificially inflated due to the rapid decline of the dollar.
Thank you Senator Schumer. You have finally given me a reason to smile.

Yeah, when has this gasbag ever been at a loss for words?
I went to four graduations over a three year period, and he gave the same speech at all four.

I’m a little socked that Schumer didn’t find a way to blame Patterson and Rangel’s problems on republicans....

probably was print media. If a camera was present, it would have taken him 20 minutes to say the same thing.

He must have had a brain fart, which in his case is happening 99 % of the time.

I know exactly what you mean. I too have been to several high school reunions and a SUNY at Cortland graduation with Chuckie as the guest speaker. Same speech every damn time, word for word...How he married young, how he (and he alone) got tuition costs low, and his retelling of Kipling’s “If”.

The verbose Senator from New York has no comment. Chas finally realized there's no way you can put a square peg into a round hole, which generally defines his logic.
To: neverdem
“I’m not going to talk about politics today.”
Just another way of invoking his right to remain silent.... something he and other democrats should get used to doing.

You know the old saw about throwing a rock into a group of dogs and the one that yelps is the one you hit? Well, the dogs that slink away sheepishly are dogs that know they deserved to get hit too.
Schmuckey is only camera shy when he doesn't want anyone looking in his direction.
