I’ve learned more and more to discount stories based primarily or solely on anonymous sources. Where they concern Sarah Palin and her family, I actively assume they’re crap. Have a nice day.
This is one of those stories that tell you more about the people writing it than it does about the subject it is purportedly about. She didn’t have to come, she came to do a good thing, taking time she could have spent doing something else. Spent money she could have spent on something else. The only thing she asked in return was that it not be a big media thing.
