WASHINGTON (Associated Press) -- Declaring the nation is "waiting for us to act" after a year of debate, President Barack Obama urged Congress Wednesday to enact his signature health care legislation swiftly. He said it now contains the best ideas from both political parties.
"This is where we've ended up. It's an approach that has been debated and changed and I believe improved over the last year," Obama said in excerpts released in advance of an early afternoon appearance at the White House.

He is absolutely correct. The American people want this bill killed and start over. Of course health care needs to be fixed but not controlled by the government or dictated as to what you can or can’t do.

He’s right. The American people want congress to kill this stinkin’ bill once and for all.
Two very different words.
The only act we want to see is the scrapping of the current approach and starting over with an open, step-at-a-time method, starting with targeting waste fraud and abuse.

I maintain that our health care is excellent and that health insurance is what needs to be reformed.
