Orals are not very important. Decisions are on briefs.
Those who tell you they can tell how a justice is leaning by his/her questions are all wet.

The Big Mac special sauce is pretty good. If you ask they’ll put some extra on for you.

McDonald’s best item is chocolate milk shake. Second - fries.

Awright wiseguys, the issue is
Chicago vs. McDonald possibly the biggest 2nd Amendment _and_ 14th Amendment case in a very long time.

For an interesting primer on the case, google “ProArms podcast”. Their last episode was a recording of a press conference by Alan Gura and other principles in the case at the Shot Show from a few weeks ago. The audio is not the greatest, but it’s well worth the listen.

If you get big Mac’s without lettuce, they are much less likely to leave a mess when trying to eat them in your car.

I’m still not pleased that the NRA horned in on the arguments. The Due Process argument really doesn’t need to be made any stronger than it was. This seems to me to be a simple case of glory-hounding.
As a life member I am a bit disappointed.
Meanwhile, I don’t know how much we’re going to get from Oral Arguments this time around. With Heller there was some doubt as to some Justice’s positions and they tipped their hands a little (in some cases falsely) while speaking and questioning.
This time around we’re pretty much assured of the same 5-4 split we had with Heller. On one side there are five Justices are literate and can recognize what The Constitution (that they swore to uphold) says and means and, on the other side, four politically motivated liars.
I don’t think anything in this 30 minute show will change that.
