I challenged one of my liberal friends to tell me how this was different than Nixon's famous "When the president does it it's not illegal" comment. She mumbled a bit and then had to admit that there wasn't a real difference. Obama is a combination of the worst attributes of Carter with the worst attributes of Nixon. He's Carnixonian.

Same here. Clinton was a horrid person and a pie in the sky internationalist, but I never got the feeling that he actively despised the US. With this current snob, his hatred for the US is palpable.
