I pray too, I pray we get a Strong fiscal Conservative in the WH, and in Congress we elect many and dump the RINOs and Dems on the street where they belong. AMEN

Duh. Everything BO does - "jobs" bills, "stimulus" packages, "health care reform", corporate bailouts, even his foreign policy to some extent - is geared towards destroying the self reliant middle class and elevating the welfare class and their benefactors.

The man and his progressive allies are plundering the nation's wealth and putting our children in economic bondage.

They should be charged, convicted & jailed IMO.

“Yet the social safety net is already showing severe strains. Roughly 2.7 million jobless people will lose their unemployment check before the end of April unless Congress approves the Obama administration’s proposal to extend the payments, according to the Labor Department.”

“She has become effusively religious — an unexpected turn for this onetime standup comic with X-rated material — finding in Christianity her only form of health insurance.

Not so funny now, is it ?

Decipher this:

Even as the American economy shows tentative signs of a rebound, the human toll of the recession continues to mount,....

And deconstruct this:

Economists fear that the nascent recovery will leave more people behind than in past recessions,

...people long accustomed to the comforts of middle-class life who are now relying on public assistance for the first time in their lives -- potentially for years to come.

Which makes them dependent on the government, doesn't it? Which motivates them to vote into government the ones who promise the most government assistance, doesn't it?

The intention is not, contrary to Marx, to eliminate the middle classes, it's to capture them. In a situation in which one either works for the government or takes assistance from the government, there is no escape, nor is there intended to be. Add to that the necessity of going to the government for medical needs and one has a perfect storm of control. This isn't paranoia, this is absolutely what the socialists within the Democratic party are after. The only winners in this little scenario are the ones who are running the game. And that's where they come in. It's for our own good, dontcha know.

Regina Spektor Lyrics:

No one laughs at God in a hospital
No one laughs at God in a war
No one’s laughing at God
When they’re starving or freezing or so very poor

No one laughs at God
When the doctor calls after some routine tests
No one’s laughing at God
When it’s gotten real late
And their kid’s not back from the party yet

No one laughs at God
When their airplane start to uncontrollably shake
No one’s laughing at God
When they see the one they love, hand in hand with someone else
And they hope that they’re mistaken

No one laughs at God
When the cops knock on their door
And they say we got some bad news, sir
No one’s laughing at God
When there’s a famine or fire or flood

It gets harder and harder to trot out the standard “recession gives many a chance to reflect” stories.

I understand the “How’s that hope and change working for ya?” snark, and it’s well deserved amongst Obama’s sheeple, but unfortauntely, this is affecting people who have opposed him from the start in worse ways than for the welfare and college kid crowd.

In my house, we are prepared for whatever torment this tyrant is going to inflict on us, but we don’t find any comfort in that readiness. We did things the way we were supposed to...bought a house we could afford even if one of us lost our job, built up a savings account, paid down our debts, especially the car payments. But that may soon not be enough.

I pray this nation finds it’s way out of this. November cannot come soon enough.
