(CNN) - Mitt Romney endorsed Sen. John McCain, one of the former Massachussetts governor's main competitors for the 2008 Republican presidential nomination, for re-election to the U.S. Senate on Tuesday.
"Senator McCain's record of service and sacrifice for America is honored by all," Romney said in a statement. "But I believe that it is his core values of courage, faith and honor forged in battle and confirmed by a lifetime of service to America that make Senator McCain's leadership in the United States Senate so necessary in these perilous times."
Romney said it is "hard to imagine the United States Senate without John McCain."

Note to Sarah McCain Romney supporters: I don't remember McCain saying anything that adulatory about Palin after she endorsed him!
Oh SNAP
I did a little editing

But I also see that it would be very hard for Sarah Palin not to endorse McCain.I'm betting that her endorsement of McCain will be pro forma and minimalist, i.e., just enough to satisfy the apparent obligation for choosing her for VP. I am looking forward to seeing just how enthusiastically she supports McCain.

ssshhhh...thou shalt not be critical of Sarah in any way, even when she is wrong.
Where in my post #93 was I critical of Sarah? Quite the contrary, I wish she wasn't in this difficult situation, trapped between two RINOs like McCain and Mitt-Witt, one smells of Absorbine liniment and Aqua Velva, the other one like magic Golden Underwear.
To: rabscuttle385
During the primary, he called McCain a lier.
Guess that changed.

Pathetic. This single post and run of yours is a textbook "seminar caller" with negative talking points on the conservative and how you 'used to be' a supporter. Tell us more about how you "donated heavily" to JD the year he lost his congressional seat.
In the immortal words of Joe Wilson: 'You Lie'.

Palin is as filthy as both of those two guys.
She’s rolling in the mud with pigs. Makes her one herself.

Not by me.. She’s just as dirty as these two. She deserves no free pass. Her presidential resume was flawed to begin with and continues to worse with each passing day.

No surprise here. It’s far from the first bad decision that Romney has made.

You were not critical of Sarah, but your post did reference those at FR who will not tolerate any criticism of Sarah.
I was referencing your reference.
To: Servant of the Cross
OUTSTANDING! I had forgotten about that, and you even find a great picture of it. :-)
