AZ-Sen. 2010: The Mac Is Back, Again (Romney may campaign for McCain!) (McCain attacks Birthers)

“When the tea partiers take a close look at Mr. Hayworth’s record and see all of his earmarks and all of his ties to Jack Abramoff, they’ll find a record that demands scrutiny,” McCain says. “We have the letters and legislative records to prove it. And we will. At the same time, I’m proud of my record as a conservative and for taking on my party on spending and earmarks. When tea partiers examine my fiscal record, they’ll find a friend. We may have disagreement on some issues, but I’m confident that we will get significant support.” McCain adds that the tea-party movement is “part of a groundswell of frustration” with which he identifies. “A majority of Americans are angry about their economic situation and the failure of Congress and the president to act on their behalf. I want to keep fighting for their interests,” he says.

McCain also frowns on Hayworth’s getting mired in the debate over President Obama’s birth certificate. “With unemployment at 10 percent, our country engaged in two wars, and Arizona hurting more than ever, Mr. Hayworth obviously has his priorities upside down,” McCain says.

(snip)

To counter Hayworth’s growing support, McCain has enlisted Sen. Scott Brown (R., Mass.) and former Alaska governor Sarah Palin, his running mate during the 2008 presidential campaign, to stump for him in the Grand Canyon State. He would also like to bring in Mitt Romney, his former opponent for the GOP presidential nomination. “I’d really appreciate it if Mitt Romney came,” McCain says. “We’d really like to have him. We haven’t made any specific arrangement yet, but I’d like to see that. He is a man I respect.

why was she disbarred?

I looked at the records back in the day and couldn’t find an answer to that question.

I seem to remember that she voluntarily surrendered her license.

Love an answer !

What if Hayworth Supporters went to a McCain rally, sheered madly for Sarah Palin, but simply turned and walk out when McCain takes the stage?

An article on FR claimed Fred had thrown his support behind McCain. I did write Fred to let him know how truly disappointed in him I along with other Conservatives are with him now.

Everything that is taking place in the political spectrum is about saving this country, not about the good ole boys all getting along and feeling good about each other. And no, as a Conservative that Palin claims to be, Palin should not be supporting McCain. McCain and his whole motley crew have proven to be nothing more than Washington insiders who bow to Obama. There does come a time when principles and integrity must supersedes anything else. Most of all, the time is now.

This is about all of the good ole boys and gals... Fred is by far no RINO, but he is planning to stump for McPain.

Write these people tell them that Principles and Integrity do matter. Enough of career politicians like McPain who don't care about the very constituency that elected him to represent them - “The People”.

What if Conservatives held Palin's feet to the fire by pointing out the fact she is endorsing a candidate who has voted with socialists on many issues?

“The Tea Partiers should make a concerted effort to ask candidates (D or R) what the Founding Fathers meant by the term “natural born citizen.”

The problem is that question languishes in obscurity, and in obscure SCOTUS rulings...and that’s unfortunate, as it pertains to the US Constitional requirements for the POTUS.

“(McCain attacks Birthers)”

Last night on TV Glenn Beck again mentioned the extremist 5% on the left and right that are birthers and truthers...If you’re a birther, you’re now being lumped into the extremist fringe by none other than our emotive conservative friend Glenn Beck. Furthermore, in Glenn’s dialogue against revolution, he said, it doesn’t matter if you’re calling for communist revolution or revolution as a “radical Constitutionalist.”

Hmmm Glenn..........does asking what the Constitution says about Article 2, Section 1 NBC requirement for the POTUS make me a ‘radical Constitutionalist?’ Just checkin’...

Well, in any case, mebbe I’ve escaped marginalization by GB for the time being, as I’m *not* calling for armed revolution (well such would also get us kicked off this board, as anyone familiar with the terms of use here understands) - and I’m *not* any longer a traditional birther. My present concern is about our disregard of the Natural Born Citizen status of Barack Obama. I think he held dual Kenyan/US citizenship - at the very least - even if he were born in HI (which sort of makes whether or not he was born there MOOT. In other words, the problem case of NBC exists for BHO, regardless of his unseen long form BC.)

That means we need to reinforce Article 2, Section 1 of the USC for future POTUS and VPOTUS office seekers. Let us hope and pray that BHO is a historical anomaly. Let us further pray for more respect for our founding documents (especially the USC).

But moreover, my primary focus is defeating the socialist RATs at the ballot in 2010, and 2012.

“What if Conservatives held Palin’s feet to the fire by pointing out the fact she is endorsing a candidate who has voted with socialists on many issues?”

That, if you haven’t noticed, is indeed happening. I think Palin has been feeling the fire. I think she’s damaged her reputation by agreeing to campaign for McLame. I wish she’d just graciously spoken of McCain (something about how he’s a hero blah, blah), graciously spoken of others and said ‘may the best candidate win’ and I’ll be there to support them...basically opted out til the general. I still hopes she pulls out of those March campaign events - but no sign of that yet. Too bad Sarah! You could have really solidified yourself as a Conservative with your actions there.

Now, you’ll have to do damage control.

“He doesn’t realize that only one Obama long form Hawaii birth certificate stood between him and the presidency”

Maybe. Juan has is own BC issues. The Canal Zone wasn’t really a US territory at the time of his birth. Panama was only leasing what was above and below the water line.

And guess who pushed for the Senate resolution to clear Juan for running? why Hussein himself.

She was COURT ORDERED to surrender her license. BHO’s says he “voluntarily retired” and is not active. Word on the street is that it was over an insurance fraud case. Shortly after that she went to work for an Obama scam called Public Allies.

~LOL~ this was from when he was running against “their guy” Obama, but hey.. .opposition research is opposition research when we need it and in this case we need it, I got a stupid “are you with me” email from McCain this morning.. the jerk only sends anything to any Zonies to ask for money... unlike Kyl who actually responds to issues we have.
