"The EPA's misguided plan paints a big target on the backs of Texas agriculture and energy producers and the hundreds of thousands of Texans they employ," Perry asserted. Gov. Perry, that's exactly what it's supposed to do......................

global warming is a LIE.
Thus there is NOTHING wrong with carbon dioxide emissions.

I wish Rick Perry was being elected every year. Election time is about the only time I see the guy having any guts.

All the other states now need to jump on board with this lawsuit. The environazis at the EPA have got to go.

You know the Rats (including the head DOJ asshat and Corruptocrat, Holder) will fight this tooth and nail, cuz they can NOT possibly allow any discovery whereby their entire faux data they relied on will be exposed and (not that it's anything new--see Second Hand Smoke and DDT rulings) the EPA will be exposed for the completely phony and useless agency it is.
Go Texas and let us hope other states join in this suit!

Texas is a weak governor state. Suits filed by the state are filed by the Attorney General, who is an elected official in his own right and not under the direction of the governor. Perry was just there to hog some of the lime light.

Agriculture Commissioner Todd Staples announced the lawsuit at a joint news conference to declare that the two-month-old declaration is based on bogus conclusions and could cause billions of dollars of economic damage in Texas. Every still half sane and half responsible state government should join this suit.
