Who listened to Debra Medina on Beck and came away disgusted. She basically admitted that she is a 911 Truther.

Jim, for anyone to question these facts is forbidden on this website isn’t it? Why, because it brings doubt onto the integrity of George Bush or because the truth would cause a serious upheaval in our government?

She’s already spinning away from her real answer, the one she gave without thinking. She’ll never admit it now, until she knows she’s out of the race. At that point I wouldn’t be surprised if she went Code Pink. Hitch your wagon to her carefully, she’s nuts and has nothing to lose.

MEDINA: I, I don't, I don't have all the evidence there, Glenn, so I don't, I, I'm not in a place, I have not been out publicly, uh, questioning that, I think some very good questions have been raised in that regard, uh, there's some very good arguments and I think the American people have not seen all the evidence there, so I've not taken a position on that.

You are correct though - SHE IS NOT A POLITICIAN and did not handle the surprise question well. She did not want to alienate her supporters who believe a certain way.
So, in other words, she's catering to nutbars to help her win elected office. Boy, I feel better about her already.
She thought he was going to ask her about issues and Texas.
How hard is it to answer a simple question? If someone asked me that question out of the blue, they would get a very simple answer - truthers are kooks and idiots. But Debra apparently cannot or will not do that. Neither is acceptable.

Beck set out to destroy Debra from the beginning. He did not ask any question that was pertinent to the election. He’s just trying to clear the way so that Perry wins the election without a runoff. And many of you are falling for it. That’s the real disappointment.
She did a pretty good job destroying herself just fine. After that, no more questions were necessary.
Medina sounds wishy-washy on the subject, but I don't see any blatant Trutherisms in there. She seems to be saying she just doesn't know.
That's not an "admission" in my book.
This is pitiful, and so disappointing. I am no longer supporting her. Don’t know who I’ll vote for. I do know that at one time Jerry Patterson had no plans to run for elective office again. He’s happy being our state land commisioner, which is the third highest office in the state if I remember correctly.
You can live in denial all you want, but she said some of the theories have credence. That is trutherism. Sane people disavow those nutbars.
