Obama is going to keep going until we stop him. That was his plan all along.

*** SOMEBODYS GONNA GET RICH! ***

No, prolly not. There's legal precedent (stare decisis) which prevents that .

Back in the 60's and 70's the Chicago Police Dept had the infamous 'Red Squad' who in conjunction with the FBI *spied* on US Citizens who protested anything from Civil Rights to Vietnam.

After years of legal wrangling in Federal Court a Consent Decree was finally reached between the plaintiffs and the CPD & FBI. One conclusion and condition reached was, 'No Monetary Damages'.

The CPD & FBI have to still operate under this Consent Decree. That's one reason why Illegals can march and protest so openly, the CPD & FBI can't even video tape them. It follows that any LE org, even the new DHS are or would be under the same restrictions. So this group can get access to any and all files -- that was also part of the Decree -- but zero dollars for 'damages' for First Amendment violations.

The CPD 'Red Squad' Court Battle was the 1st thing I thought of when seeing this, so I was back refreshing my memory through Bing.

Yes, but Janet Napolitano told us the “system worked” in the Underpants Bomber case.

Nice... Law-abiding Americans who for the most part believe as they due because of spiritual/religious beliefs tracked by the government. If it was several people, that might be different (people who have raised flags might have reason to be followed - every group in the world includes idiots), but to track several GROUPS is overkill. When the police in Denver did this they had to release a bunch of files on activists. Are the records going to be released to every group and member within? That’s the first thing I would ask for as leaders of these groups. Copies of everything that was produced by the investigation.

....my guess is they wanna get rid of Napolitano. This gives them the reason....why admit it? Now the question would be...who in her place?

To: bamahead; All

Bamahead, please see my post at #48. Thank you for the ping. I don’t officially belong to any groups here in Wisconsin, but it disturbs me because I am pro-life, and I do live here in Wisconsin. Obviously it hits home a little due to the fact that these people are my neighbors, and fellow Wisconsinites.

Taxpayer funded abortions should be understood as conscientious objectors are by the left in a truly “tolerant” society as touted by the Pro-choice folks (I’m thinking of the true pacifists like the Amish for example).

One possible solution to the problem like was the case in funding through the UW system — we should make it like a checkbox on your W-4’s or your W-2’s.

Calculate the cost of abortions through taxpayer dollars (incl. through foreign aid directly funding such - like the money to Mexico recently), and then reduce Conscientious’ Objectors Taxes by that percentage on the Federal and State level. (An added bonus is that we would get much better statistics on how much money is being spent and the amount of abortions performed in the US if it’s tied to tax dollars in a more closely followed way).

At least until we can get states rights back on this issue due to Roe vs. Wade or a Constitutional Objection, we wouldn’t have to feel pressured into paying for something morally objectable to us which in the most basic sense infringes upon our right to freely express our beliefs if one is anti-abortion.

Of course, the ultimate goal would be to stop having to pay these taxes in the first place, but in steps that’s what I would do at this point...

I seem to feel as though, I am in the eye of the storm here and elsewhere. The local media didn't quite cover this story the same way as it now appears....what a surprise. The good news for all of us is that the pro-life groups in Madison are alive and thriving and growing. There really is a vibrant and active subculture here that honors life and lives under the radar screen. The fact that DHS is monitoring Madison is interesting. To be a pro-lifer in this town means that one has courage and moxy and fortitude....qualities that the current administration has no understanding or respect. They are cowards and on the wrong side and no amount of wrong on their part will ever correct or atone for their sins.

Gulags in store for you people that don’t agree with Dear Leaders positions.

It will eventually come to this. Obama is a ruthless dictator hell bent on the destruction of capitalism and Free enterprise in America.

Obama supports spying on law abiding Americans.

Part of his “saving or creating jobs” program.

I guess he could form firing squads next as part of this program.

Janet and Barry were outcasts just like Hitler....maybe Hitler murdered millions of people to try and avenge his own extraordinary flaws....and maybe Janet and Barry are wont to follow suit. In the end, they are just evil villains and nothing will ever change the core of evil. History will not be kind to the likes of Janet and Barry. ..just like history has not been kind to Hitler or Castro or Stalin. Evil is evil. Power only makes the evil in one’s personal heart a greater evil on mankind.
