We survived 240 years without a “global warming agency”, there’s no point in trying to create one NOW when we can’t afford the agencies we already have.
Instead, we should start by zeroing the budgets of every agency created in the last 50 years, and let them all justify every dollar they are spending.

I’m starting to wonder if Obama is trying to throw the midterms and the 2012 election. The timing of this announcement is even more idiotic than the religion of the Warmers.
