Supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said on Monday that Iran is set to deliver a "punch" that will stun world powers during this week's 31st anniversary of the Islamic revolution. "The Iranian nation, with its unity and God's grace, will punch the arrogance (Western powers) on the 22nd of Bahman (February 11) in a way that will leave them stunned," Khamenei, who is also Iran's commander-in-chief, told a gathering of air force personnel.
The country's top cleric was marking the occasion when Iran's air force gave its support to revolutionary leader Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, a key event which led to the toppling of the US-backed shah on February 11, 1979.....

My guess is that they will send something into orbit. Last year they launched a satellite. Maybe they will send a person into space or some sort of spy satellite.
OK...i heard Rush mention this earlier. last week Ahmadinejihed was saying something very similar and I didn’t think much of it...although with the buildup we’re seeing all over the M.E. it was a bit disturbing. But this statement is made by Khameini and that’s a whole lot different. I wonder what the hell’s going on over there?
Anything less than them successfully detonating a Nuke and it will not stun anyone.

IIRC...
4 liters ginger ale
2 bottles red wine
2 cups rum
4 cups chopped citrus
Mix soda, wine, and fruit.
Heat rum in saucepan to barely steaming.
Pour 3/4ths of rum into mix.
Get fire extinguisher.
Gather guests.
Bring remaining rum barely to boil.
Ignite remaining rum, pour flaming into mix.
Serve immediately.
This isn’t Ahmanutjob, this is the Supreme Leader...the Grand Ayatollah. He wouldn’t make such a remark unless Iran was ready to back it up. Something’s up.

Ingredients
* 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
* 1 (46 fluid ounce) can sweetened pineapple juice
* 1 3/4 cups lemon juice
* 2 cups white sugar
* 1 gallon water
Directions
1. In a 2 gallon punch bowl, combine orange juice concentrate, pineapple juice, lemon juice and sugar. Stir in water.
LOL indeed!!! That cracked me up! It’s good to laugh once in a while,you know? Seems like it’s always bad news these days,and being pent up in the house because of the snow sure didn’t help.

We should take this threat seriously. Every time they threaten us and then don't do anything, everyone lets their guard down and laughs about it. They want us to be unprepared.
It's not “if” it happens but “when” it happens.
We are down and out as a country, do you really believe that this country would survive even a minor attack?

1 bottle red wine
1 pint Jamaican dark rum
1/2 pint brandy
1 jigger benedictine herbal liqueur
1 pint orange juice
1/2 pint lemon juice
And I’m heading back to that region about two weeks later.
