Got that right. Years ago a friend of my dad’s was a Pole, a soldier during the war. He managed to escape capture from the Germans(his family wasn’t so lucky) He hate Germans and Russians. He later was a partisan and told my dad he killed every single German and Russian he came across, shot them, beat them to death, stabbed them, anyway he could.. This guy was a tough-ass scary looking Pole(to me as a ten-year kid he was). Not sure how he made it to the US but he loved America and hated Germany and Russia.

You know - these pictures of the infantry troops were taken during the exercise before their deployment to Afghanistan.

So - maybe that's why they didn't use white cammo uniforms.

I'll take an M1A2 Abrams over either one any day of the week.

Does the current version of the Abrams use the improved gun found on the Leopard 2A6?

The short answer is: I dunno. I haven't touched a tank since 1993. But a gun alone does not a tank make, IMHO.
