Graf=Hell. Been there twice in winter. Didn’t even get the T-Shirt or even a ribbon.
How will they win with 0% diversity?
I'd take a Leopard II over a modernized T-72 myself.
You mean?
Luckily, they aren’t going to be facing Leopard or Abrams tanks anytime soon.
You can see the effect of training with US and NATO forces in the photos. The weapons may still be Warsaw Pact, but the troops look very professional.
I was thinking if it were Case White and the Panzers were arriving again.
Anyone who knows anything about the history of WWII knows that an armed Pole must ALWAYS be taken seriously.
Even more - in 2007 Polish soldiers won the Swiss Tank Challenge in Thun, which is a kind of championship game between European countries whose armies use the Leopard 2 (Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden and Spain).
Tongue-in-cheek reference to the statement Gen. George Casey made after the Ft. Hood massacre-
“It would be an every greater tragedy if our diversity became a casualty here.”
These Polish troops look like they have their stuff together.
Glad they’re on our side.
If you ever used a latrine on a Grafenwoehr tank range and saw A. Hitler 1939 on the wall, just know that I was there before you.
More like PT-91 Tawdry.
Are those A4s rather than A6s?
What is the rifle the Infantry are carrying?
Does everyone use the coal bucket style helmet?
God Bless the Poles. Can’t we give them some M-1 Abrahms? Those T-72’s look old and that re-active armor wouldn’t stop sh!t.
That’s what I’ve said.
And not “Tawdry” but “Twardy”, pronounced like “tvardyh”.
Which means “hard”, “tough”
I suppose so.
