Yeah but those camo uniforms really stand out against the snow.
are those T-72s?
Im not up on soviet era tanks.
that looks like the British tank
5.45 caliber? or 7.62x39
Got that right. Years ago a friend of my dad’s was a Pole, a soldier during the war. He managed to escape capture from the Germans(his family wasn’t so lucky) He hate Germans and Russians. He later was a partisan and told my dad he killed every single German and Russian he came across, shot them, beat them to death, stabbed them, anyway he could.. This guy was a tough-ass scary looking Pole(to me as a ten-year kid he was). Not sure how he made it to the US but he loved America and hated Germany and Russia.
So - maybe that's why they didn't use white cammo uniforms.
Well, some did, actually
I’m not such a specialist in weapons calibers, but - as far as I’ve read - the caliber of Beryl rifle is 5.56 mm
It’s the M-16 caliber then?
If so, that’s a smart move, being nato compatible.
That was the point.
They have Unity instead. One of us is confused.
I was just thinking the same thing. Graf, but a few years later for me. I was in a, uh “Tropical paradise” in the sixties.
I'll take an M1A2 Abrams over either one any day of the week.
Not really on topic, if you read up the thread to post 14.
Does the current version of the Abrams use the improved gun found on the Leopard 2A6?
I guess I should have put the “/S” tag on. Sorry.
