Back in October of 2008, when the subject of Obama’s Constitutional eligibility to be president of the United States was just a blip on the radar screen of public awareness, I wrote an article about how easy it was to find my then -92-year-old mother’s birth certificate.
Frankly, I didn’t think finding my mother’s birth certificate was possible, given the fact that she had been born in a farmhouse in Storrs, CT, along with nine of her 10 siblings, to parents who didn’t speak English. Despairing that she would never be “qualified” to receive the care [in a nursing home} that she desperately needed, I set about to find the document, which I was sure had vanished in the unreliable record-keeping of 1913. When I called the third number, I explained to the woman who answered the phone that I was “asking something impossible.” I gave her my mother’s first name and her father’s last name. Within four minutes, she said, “Here it is!” When I expressed my amazement, the woman said: “That’s nothing…we’re routinely asked to find birth certificates from the 1800s, and we do that all the time!” Total time it took me to find my mother’s 1913, born-in-a-farmhouse birth certificate: 10 minutes!
Obama was born not in 1913, like my mother, but in 1961—or perhaps in 1957, according to his MySpace page, which would make him 52, born supposedly in Hawaii before it became a state in 1959.(continued)

The poster is either a lying n00b or just very ill informed. I have personally, on long distance with the Dept of Vital Records in HI been told that if a legal request comes in for a certified copy of the actual vault long form, it will be provided, albeit it takes weeks to get it to the requesting party because of actually physically locating and copying properly.
There is one problem with that listing with regard to the dates. Ann was listed in the Polk’s Seattle City Directory for Seattle for the years of 1961-62 so she couldn’t be in two states at the same time. We know she was in Seattle according to eyewitness testimony of the babysitter, Mary Toutonghi, and former high school classmate John Hunt as well as another high school classmate who had been living in Utah but came back to WA state and spent time visiting with Ann while her daughter played with Jr. Her name escapes me at the moment but when I find it I will send it to you via Freepmail.(The classmate is the one who mentioned that Ann was still in Seattle after the World’s Fair ended in late Oct/62 which is the closest time period we have of when Ann arrived back in Hawaii) Ann was in WA state in 1961-62 and listed in the Polk’s Seattle City Directory there so how could she be in Hawaii during the same time period? Just another question to ponder that can be added to the facts that simply don’t fit.

It seems the standards for citizens are higher than our elected officials. It's a sure sign our liberty is in danger.
That is a derogatory label the "AFTER-BIRTHERS" are using which is wrong!
They are just CONSTITUTIONALISTS who are asking, God giving rights, very simple questions to show proof that our "president(?)" is legal to hold office according to the Constitution's requirements for that office!!
Nothing less, nothing more, pure and simple!!!

George Washington set the honesty standard.
His life was an open book. He chopped down the cherry tree and could not lie about it.
All presidents since have been expected to meet the gold standard of open and honest background checks.
That is, until now.
Now, the Islamo Kenyan standard is to hide all documents. 2012 is going to be a riot when his opponents rip him up for this.

Is this documented in any way, or an explanation of how you think it could have happened?
The problem I see with this scenario is that Fukino could only see the birth certificate that was in effect unless she had a court order to see the others, which would be sealed. And none of them would show an amendment. Nor would Obama have to post a forged COLB.

Unless, he was REALLY born in 1957 as the article mentioned, in Hawaii, BEFORE Hawaii was a state. He couldn't be eligible then.
