New Orleans should move into the lead this Sunday, win or lose.

This is absurd. I have seen tons of excessive drinking in Boston and not as much in CA. Who does these crappy “studies?”
Probably funded by Obami Commies for $2 million!

with Fresnos 500,000 residents knocking back the most suds. It's Jim Thompson's fault.

#5 Austin, #7 San Antonio, and #8 Lubbock, Texas. Austin, I can see with UT and all the Keep Austin Weird liberal tree hugger crowd. At the risk of being racist, San Antonio is full of illegals. But I don’t get Lubbock being on the list.

Fresno?
Isn’t that where FR is located?
:-)

If I lived in Fresno, Ca. I'd be drinking lots too! Blah city, illegals galore and no jobs! Plus moron liberals who are running the state into poverty!
PS. Whatever happened with those poor central Ca. farmers having their water supply shut off by the enviro-marxists?

If I had to live in the land of fruits and nuts, I’d drink, too.

this list is very flawed
it has as much to do with frequency of driving and enforcment as it does drinking

I visited California awhile back and could not believe how easy it was to buy liquor. Every store sells it. I live in NY where you have to go to Liquor store for everything including wine. The only booze you can buy in a food or drug store is beer or wine coolers.

I think New Orleans retired the trophy a long time ago.
Personally, I’d like to congratulate my young friends at UCR, including my own fraternity brothers, for their yeoman effort in making Riverside’s Top Ten finish possible.

I know this is not P.C. but me thinks it correlates to where illegals congregate. Fresno for sure...

What? No Pittsburgh?
So much for being a football town with a drinking problem.
