FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: January 28, 2010 CONTACT: Levi Russell at (509) 979-6615 or Levi@FrontLineStrat.com Tea Party Express Will Not Be Attending Tea Party Convention "We Wish Them A Very Successful Convention" The leadership of the Tea Party Express wishes to clarify that it will not be attending the Tea Party Nation Convention which takes place February 4th - 6th in Nashville, TN. "We are very saddened to announce that we simply will not be able to participate in this convention, despite our initial plans to attend the convention," said Mark Williams, Chairman of the Tea Party Express. "We had fully expected to participate in this convention and were excited about this event. However, between our support for Scott Brown's Senate campaign in Massachusetts, our launch of the 'Defeat Harry Reid' campaign in Nevada, and our planning for Tea Party Express III, we found ourselves over-extended and unable to take on the mini-tour and rally we had planned for the Tea Party Convention," said Williams. The Tea Party Express wishes to stress that there is no acrimony whatsoever directed towards the Tea Party Nation and its convention. "We wish them a very successful convention. The goals of this convention, to gather tea party activists together and plan for future activities to advance this movement, are goals we wholeheartedly support," said Williams. The Tea Party Express will be focusing its time and financial resources on the upcoming "Tea Party Express III: Just Vote Them Out" national tour. The tour begins with a Mega Rally in Searchlight, NV (Sen. Harry Reid's hometown) on Saturday, March 27th and ends in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, April 15th. To obtain more information about the "Tea Party Express" or to schedule an interview with a representative of the Tea Party Express, please contact Levi Russell at (509) 979-6615 or via email at: Levi@FrontLineStrat.com

Woo hoo!! See you in Searchlight!!
Just vote them OUT!!
We shall NOT be overcome by a coporate “anything”....
besides, we’re saving our $$$’s for a
Scott Brown simulated
Joe Wilson emulated Money BOMB......coming to a Conservative Candidate near YOU....Y’all be careful out thar, ya hear ?
And don’t tell Lies.
I am sooo ready to see Harry Reid bite the dust! But if republicans don’t get a majority in the 2010 elections, I wonder who is going to take his place? Not Chucky Schumer I hope?
The lesson that should be learned from this coming Tea Party Nation convention disaster is:
If you want a lot of people to show up, don’t charge them $500 + expenses. And don’t try to make a profit off them.
Make it cheap and simple.
it feels like there is friction and factions of the Tea Party. My fear, is that a grass roots, unified movement will begin to bicker and the same goals won’t be reached. I hope I’m wrong with my feelings and we continue the drive to drive out the socialists and RINO’s this November.
Where are you getting your talking points from?
The Tea Party Convention is SOLD OUT with a waiting list of over 500
The dems, leftists, Soros, MSM, MSNBC, Matthews, Maddow, many Republicans mucky mucks and other assorted sick fistbaggers are the ones that project a disaster for the Tea Party Rebellion.
You wanna be lumped in with them?
Tea Party Nation was an effort, IMO, by a few Wealthy individuals, to take (large) Leadership in the national movement: Hopefully it’s failure (or seeming failure to it’s original goal) will at this point keep others from doing the same thing anytime soon!
Nope, not a chance, we just Vote and every so often (if needed) about a Million or so will march on DC.
Joe Wilson knows about the Million.
Scott Brown knows about the Million.
Harry Reid “The War is Lost” is one of the Next to hear from the Tea Partiers......y'all get the name right, ya hear....it starts with a “P’ after Tea, not a “B”.
Yeah ok.........don’t forget about shelling out money for the convention. To this point, tea partiers have been using their own funds. Now the movement, is being hijacked and exploited for money. No problem with money or profit, but that’s not what this movement was about when it started. None of us are going to have a damn dime to our name if this government isn’t stopped. And btw who exactly are the so-called leaders?
bttt
Great answer. The constitutional convention of our founding fathers was described as “one big arguement.” The results were the US Constitution. Nuff said.
Keep up the good work.
Bachman and Blackburn both pulled out. The money is the issue. It seems to be shady.
Who is doing that, and what does that have to do with this thread?
Precisely! Anything else and people very quickly cotton on to the fact that they're being taken for a ride, and after the epic ride we've been taken on by the crypto-soviets in the Democrat Party, most of us are pretty good at sniffing out other grifters.
Next time they should march in New York right on the doorsteps of the major networks.
March in Washington and the media will ignore it. ( Just like they do every year with the Pro-life people.)
Surely there is something to be learned from the fall of the Iron Curtain. The **first** sites secured were the TV and radio stations. These guys made sure that their message got out.
The convention is charging a hefty fee.....the tea party express is simply like minded individuals getting together, spending their own funds. They may say they are ‘stretched thin’ time wise...but I believe it’s the ‘express’ distancing itself....
Right there shows that bigger money is moving in to usurp the people once again. I don’t have $500+ dollars to spend but even if I did I sure as h*ll wouldn’t spend it to ‘watch’ someone speak, but instead, throw it out to individual candidates.
