The US spy chief, Mr. Leon Edward Panetta, left Kenya on Sunday after a four-day visit during which he is said to have held talks with President Mwai Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga, The Standard daily reported here on Monday.
Panetta, who is the Director of Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the world's leading spying agency, arrived in Kenya a day before controversial Muslim cleric, Sheikh Abdullah Faisal, was secretly put on a chartered South African gulfstream jet and deported to his native country.
However, the police were said to reluctant to link the spymaster's presence in the country to the unexpected exit of the cleric, whose departure in the wee hours of Friday, remained a guarded secret even to the Immigration Minister Oiteno Kajwang, who had hours earlier announced the government was unable to foot deportation bill.
Details of Panetta's visit are still scanty, but unnamed police source told the paper that Panetta was on a 'very sensitive' tour.
It is widely believed, though, that he was in East Africa to discuss with his counterparts the rising spectre of terrorism and piracy on high seas in the region.

There is absolutely nothing about Obama that would surprise me at this juncture.
Although plenty that would disgust, horrify and enrage.
DAILY !
Marsha Joyner wonderif she had any direct connection to the HI papers, what her jobs were and what type of printing method they used?
In our area the Afro-American newspapers are/were often printed at the larger bigger daily newspapers. Did they use the print set of the larger paper.
I’m still bothered by the dotted line above the announcement and the lack of space under the announcement. That just wasn’t done.
I would be surprise if Lucas Smith was not aware of this and how they treated him. Interestingly, we don’t hear much noise from Corsi:

My family owned newspapers and did it all themselves so I, too, zeroed in on those lines and the spacing. Fishy, fishy.
THe lines were originally produced when the “stripper” cut strips of adds from a long ribbon of type and pasted them on a master sheet. You get then same lines if you paste a small piece of paper on top of a larger one and copy it on a cheap copy machine. Look at “FOR RENT” intro on HGTV. That’s how they are suppose to look.

There is the relationship between Tony Rezko and Louis Farrakhan and Mohamed Ali (Cassius Clay). (Follow the Money!)
Time fails to make the slightest mention in this Oct 8 2008 issue (one month before the election) of Corsi's efforts to obtain Obama's Kenya BC! This shows how deeply the eligibility issue was buried by the MSM, just like the Edwards affair.
When I see all the bashing of Orly Taitz here, it reminds me of what happened to Kathrine Harris, Florida SoS and Sarah Palin, no difference, hmmm!!!
Then Lucas Smith's affidavit came out accusing Taitz of taking an “ends justifies the means” approach to removing Obama, but also Taitz clearly failed to understand the FRE and what it would take to be able to enter Smith's CPGH BC and the Lavender BC into evidence.
Those of us who support full transparency of Obama’s vital records and a SCOTUS ruling on his NBC status were then forced to chose between Taitz and Smith, if possible.
Lucas Smith, even thought he is not a lawyer, showed greater understanding of the FRE in his affidavit than Taitz. This was extremely disappointing to me, as I had supported Taitz because she could articulate for the cameras the basic two prongs of Obamas eligibility problem (soil and blood).
Taitz could not, unfortunately, argue effectively before a federal judge, which Kreep was able to do. At the end of the Oct. 5 hearing when Judge Carter said he hadn't made up his mind yet thus sending chills down the spine of the DOJ, it was because of Kreep’s arguments as to third party candidate standing, not Taitz’s wild criminal accusations.
Taitz did a lot to publicize the issue in a “no publicity is bad publicity” sort of way, but in my view she will have no success getting further clients or filing cases, especially after a federal judge states that he has concern that she has suborned perjury.
I have the same concern about Taitz that Judge Carter did based on Smith's affidavit and Taitz's own repeatedly reckless behavior. This is not bashing Taitz, it's just the way it is.
Future success in attempting to compel release of the HI vital records will come only with other attorneys with federal appeals court experience pursuing the existing long-shot appeals or in quo warranto.
Yes, of course there will be lines whenever you paste but there is something odd here.
THe last line of type in the square that the BO announcement in is not square with the other ads?
I can’t remember exactly what struck me the first time I saw it and I can never find anything with FR’s search. Looking at it this morning, one oddity is how it is cut. Look at how close it was cut. The margins, top and bottom, is closer to the type than any others on that page. All the others have a small margin of blank space, Hussein’s doesn’t have any blank space. Sure, it could just be coincidence but why is everything with him different, unique, or in some way special.
Also, whenever there is a cut it is because an ad had been inserted. However, the usurper’s and the one below were pasted in with no ad above or below. Why is that? Was there originally an ad? The Carnation Milk ad is about the same size for that space, so could there have been a similar ad? Tin foil hat and all but there is no reason for his to be cut.

This probably has nothing to do with anything but I read recently that both these newspapers were owned by the same company. I don’t know if that’s true or if it’s internet misinformation, but if so, why are they so different? The one above looks like some two year old cut and pasted things willy nilly while the one below is neat and professional. While they both have the same wording in each announcement (on quick glance) and they are listed in the same order, they are the same. Each has been typed separately - spacing, dropped punctuation, etc. Just from the computer, it’s hard to tell much else about the actual type set. Why would it need to be retyped if it was basically the same newspaper? Talk about a waste of time, effort, and supplies.

Both newspapers begin with the Haae baby but the Advertiser stops short at Wong whereas the Bulletin continues with the Kim baby and possibly others below that. Certainly, it could be because of space, but if they both began the same (meaning they probably ended the previous list in agreement) then why wouldn’t they end at the same announcement in this issue? It would be interesting to see the next issue of each. Editors know they have x amount of space for the meat and bones and whatever is left is for filler. But I wasn’t there, so I don’t know what actually occurred.

SNIPPET: “A senior leader of al Qaeda’s affiliate in Somalia has declared jihad against neighboring Kenya for supporting the weak Somali Transitional Federal Government.”
