THe lines were originally produced when the “stripper” cut strips of adds from a long ribbon of type and pasted them on a master sheet. You get then same lines if you paste a small piece of paper on top of a larger one and copy it on a cheap copy machine. Look at “FOR RENT” intro on HGTV. That’s how they are suppose to look.

Yes, of course there will be lines whenever you paste but there is something odd here.
