The US spy chief, Mr. Leon Edward Panetta, left Kenya on Sunday after a four-day visit during which he is said to have held talks with President Mwai Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga, The Standard daily reported here on Monday.
Panetta, who is the Director of Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the world's leading spying agency, arrived in Kenya a day before controversial Muslim cleric, Sheikh Abdullah Faisal, was secretly put on a chartered South African gulfstream jet and deported to his native country.
However, the police were said to reluctant to link the spymaster's presence in the country to the unexpected exit of the cleric, whose departure in the wee hours of Friday, remained a guarded secret even to the Immigration Minister Oiteno Kajwang, who had hours earlier announced the government was unable to foot deportation bill.
Details of Panetta's visit are still scanty, but unnamed police source told the paper that Panetta was on a 'very sensitive' tour.
It is widely believed, though, that he was in East Africa to discuss with his counterparts the rising spectre of terrorism and piracy on high seas in the region.

Why would the CIA director be in Kenya for 4 days? Hillary visited Kenya in August. Rahman noodle Emanuel went on a African “safari vacation” in December of 08. Obama skips Kenya but visits 5 African nations in July. The Obama administration are personally making themselves available to Kenya on a regular basis.
Here’s a thought. Last year, the Obama administration publicly criticized Kenya for its corruptions, but however are still making developing nation funds available for Kenya, expecting full well, and tacitly approving for Kenyan officials to skim millions in aid as payoffs. Obama gives the wink wink to the Kenyans.
Oh, one more tidbit to go along with the hypothesis in my last post. Part of Obama’s cover is to keep the same ambassador that President Bush appointed to Kenya in 2006.
And then Honolulu and Mombassa becoming “sister cities” a couple of years ago - read it on a recent thread. And Honolulu (according to the poster - wish I could remember who - was it El Gato?) sent over people to help Mombassa get their record keeping organized.

So will the amount spent to keep personal documents highly secret be increased by the amount expended in Kenya for air, land, press, government office searches, educational searches and the cost of suppression of documents to the million dollars already spent to keep things "under tight control?" Wouldn't that fit into the "very sensitive" category?

Exactly. Barry is avoiding Kenya like the plague, yet all of his cronies keep having all of this secret business there. That sob is up to something and we all know what it is. The truth will come out. He will piss off the wrong people, won’t give in the ever increasing amounts of black mail money, he will be exposed sooner or later.
Panetta was Clinton’s White House Chief of staff when he offed Hillary’s boyfriend, Vince Foster. One hand washes the other I guess.
The date on the CPGH BC image is Feb 2009, so the question is only whether, if genuine, it was there as of that date, but this is still a very valid question.
Ask yourself how Kenyan officials are going to blackmail Obama for all they can get if they do Obama the favor of destroying the document? I expect they would want to protect the document by putting it under protection as a national security secret to keep handy to blackmail the most powerful man on earth.
Note that the world at large didn't become aware of a Mombasa birth location until the release of the Lavender 1964 image by Taitz in early August 2009, then Smith's affidavit was filed in Sep 3, 2009 declaring that a “military officer” was compensated to look the other way while the CPGH BC was obtained. Four days later the Kenyan Chief of Police was fired and his deputy demoted. This leads one to speculate whether they had failed to guard a national security asset.

Mombasa and Honolulu are sister cities. As well as Seattle, Washington is sister city of Mombasa.
Strange that all three cities have Obama birth theories tied to them.
As you probably know, WND and Jermoe Corsi have attempted to paint the Canadian Obama birth based on the fact that his mother was “registered” to take classes at a college in Seattle, Washington in August of 1961.
The sister cities of -Mombasa - Honolulu - Seattle- are very strange.

While Honolulu and Seattle have a couple dozen sister cities each, it is most interesting that Mombasa's only two are Hussein's main stomping grounds. Makes one wonder just how long the puppet master has been grooming him and who all is in the master's pocket.
