The date on the CPGH BC image is Feb 2009, so the question is only whether, if genuine, it was there as of that date, but this is still a very valid question.
Ask yourself how Kenyan officials are going to blackmail Obama for all they can get if they do Obama the favor of destroying the document? I expect they would want to protect the document by putting it under protection as a national security secret to keep handy to blackmail the most powerful man on earth.
Note that the world at large didn't become aware of a Mombasa birth location until the release of the Lavender 1964 image by Taitz in early August 2009, then Smith's affidavit was filed in Sep 3, 2009 declaring that a “military officer” was compensated to look the other way while the CPGH BC was obtained. Four days later the Kenyan Chief of Police was fired and his deputy demoted. This leads one to speculate whether they had failed to guard a national security asset.
