Easy ~ this guy was down in New Orleans which is the capital city of the entire ACORN operation. They were supposedly in Moon Landrieu's daughter's office (in a federal building perhaps?) and had tools, etc. and it is claimed they were going to mess with her phone system.

It's not beyond belief this particular US Senator can be influenced to participate in further crime. After all she took a $300 million bribe from Obama and his lackeys.

She ought to be among the top targets for all independent scandal breakers.

Here's the FBI affidavit.

An FBI affidavit says the incident happened Monday. At least two of the suspects were dressed in work clothes and construction hats and claimed they were technicians for a telephone company.

The other three were identified as Stan Dai, 24; Robert Flanagan 24; and Joseph Basel, 24.
