Consider the pre-election giveaway to the labor unions. Negotiators agreed to exempt union contracts until 2018 from the tax on so-called Cadillac health-insurance plans. That backroom bargain not only outraged the voters, it also violated the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution, requiring the federal government to extend equal protection of the laws to all U.S. persons. Of course, not all voters understood the constitutional nuances, but they sensed that something was very wrong; and they reacted.
I have been disturbed by the socialists for years, ever since I learned many members of Congress 'openly' joined the DSA (Democratic Socialists of America). Several years ago, the names were published on the DSA site. (since removed of course) Please post any info you have, many of you have been on this issue for many years, & if we can store it all on one thread, we have our FreeRepublic Warehouse on the enemies of the state. How DO we combat this, when it's coming at us from every angle? When the people have been asleep for decades. Please post anything you have found or accumulated. Also choose a dictator these people follow, of particular interest, those in D.C. who have been quoted with their adulation of one.

Administration Actuary Cant Analyze Health Bill Before Final Vote
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2475524/posts
Anyone have a web site tracking ALL of the likely votes for HCR? I can only find sites that have partial lists.
I’m sure that by 1990, you could see the writing on the wall re California. The illegal invasion had already started.
Hannity has said he’s been actively tracking the vote tally. Last I heard, a lot of fence sitters. This might remain a slugfest throughout the weekend.
pelosi looks too happy ...
bad vibes here.

Reid says he has the votes to pass the fixit in the insanate.
I thought the same thing — jubilant even. I’m ignoring it til I see some hard, cold facts.
Marco Rubio Casts His Vote [Kathryn Jean Lopez]
Or, at least, registers his opposition to the likely votes of Florida representatives he calls out Allen Boyd, Suzanne Kosmas and Kendrick Meek by name in his latest campaign e-mail and their likely votes tomorrow:
On behalf of over 10,000 Floridians who signed our Scrap It petition and millions more who oppose ObamaCare, I urge Floridas entire Congressional delegation to vote against this proposal. Across our state today, Floridians are partaking in rallies, tea parties, vigils and other expressions of opposition to ObamaCare. They are rightly concerned that the unthinkable is about to happen our countrys leadership is about to take the first step towards government-run health care that we cant afford and that will fundamentally re-define our health care system and economy for the worse.
I am particularly dismayed that Congressman Boyd and Congresswoman Kosmas are ignoring their constituents by suddenly deciding to switch their votes at the 11th hour. U.S. Reps. Boyd and Kosmas join Kendrick Meek in disregarding Floridians who believe that the current plan should be abandoned in its entirety. Time is running out, but its not too late for them and other Democrats to save their constituents and our nation from the lasting consequences of this ill-fated plan.

[Just lightening the mood.]
I am getting light headed from watching this. Seriously. Breathe. breathe.
Ooops upside your head, arguing again
Lambert a No Show in COMM, big hullabaloo about it
Drier got heir snarky behinds:
Rewording Medicare TAX in Mgmt Amendment (pg 6) We need this posted here, anyone?
Renamed Medicare “TAX”
to make it seem like we’re getting a deal
Drier said change it & be honest?!
Now called “Unearned income medicare contribution”
~Holding head
Offered Drier, We’ll change the wording if YOU vote for the RECON bill
Ryan states 210 billion tax, diverting funds, set up medicare tax fund THEN RAID IT!!!
So Senate only needs 51 votes?
The greatest democratic caucus in the history of the world!!!
Oh, gag me with a spoon!
That’s it. fifty one and done.
“Im ignoring it til I see some hard, cold facts.”
“Reid says he has the votes to pass the fixit in the insanate.”
and we know Reid or Pelosi, or Zero or any of their topdog minions cannot be trusted with the “facts.” They have been saying they have the votes for weeks.
This is a pep rally; it was billed as a pep rally.
We need several independent sources for confirmation, and so far, I don’t see any credible confirmation that they have the votes..
BREAKING NEWS House Dems will not deem Senate health bill passed
~I liken it to in Chicago LEO’s
The Cook County sheriff’s look down on the Chgo city cop, they look down on them, then we have the Ill State Police who look down on both of them & are ridiculed by both of them
So forth, the Senate has always been arrogant like the State cops, looking down on the House, which my analogy would be the County Sheriff -g-
