yes, it’s still most “interesting” that only the TOTUS is allowed to speak to reporters, and not a real human Obamanation.
Does he do that for all his pressers? Oh, wait, he never has a press conference, at least none since July.....
This must be the “speech” setting for him to babble forth.... b/c if he’d fielded any questions from the press for the first time in 6 months we surely would have heard something about that???

He brought his own carpet?! Maybe he thougt it was nap time in kindergarten.

The kids are sitting in chairs, and yet the prompters are set high to read, in order to allow for his natural arrogant chin lift. I bet he played TOTUS ping pong, looking back and forth and back and forth and back and forth and back and forth and back and forth and back and forth.

I’ve been thinking about this and we need to be careful not to overplay our hand. As silly as we all think his teleprompter is, most likely this is a set up for reporters, not students.
According to the caption, he was meeting with reporters after he met with students. It’s still lame, but less so.

That's what first made me question the ‘story’ of the pic. No, that's what confirmed my suspicions, the ‘as he enters to speak, after a discussion with 6th grade students’ was the first clue.

I agree, it is embarrassing that he brought all that gear to speak to the press in another classroom (apparently), but I don't think he used TOTUS for the kids.
