That's what first made me question the ‘story’ of the pic. No, that's what confirmed my suspicions, the ‘as he enters to speak, after a discussion with 6th grade students’ was the first clue.

I agree, it is embarrassing that he brought all that gear to speak to the press in another classroom (apparently), but I don't think he used TOTUS for the kids.
