I spent a good portion of the 1980’s helping out with groups trying to expose the reality and ideological roots of communism. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that such an effort would appear on a national TV broadcast. I only wish former KGB agent Yuri Bezmenov was still alive to see this. Yuri spent most of his time after defecting trying to wake the west up to this reality. At times he thought that it was an impossible task.

I figure that Glen has to “paint the full picture” before he emphasizes (perhaps in next week’s second installment to this special) that Hugo Chavez and many many others of more than questionable political ideology (including a Saudi prince) hand-picked Obama and financed his run for the U.S. Presidency in an effort that began many, many years before Obama lived in New York or Chicago or attended Harvard.....

Trying to awaken Wester fools to reality is a difficult task--often impossible. They tend to take their luxuries--e.g. freedom--for granted and to romanticize the horrors with which they have lost touch and which they cannot imagine.

Fairly recently they have romanticized Che Guevara and Fidel Castro.

Now they're romanticizing decadence, Third World poverty, and additional brutal dictators.

I suppose the basic problem is their stupidity and lack of imagination, but it makes them dangerous.

They prove yet again that a fool is more dangerous than a scoundrel and call to mind once again the sage observation that

"The real criticism of Neville Chamberlain is that he could not imagine a man like Hitler or a party like the Nazis."

His inability to do so is not an indication of his morality. It's an indication of his stupidity and lack of imagination.

Thousands of "Neville Chamberlains" are alive and active today--stupid--lacking in imagination--and dangerous.
