After such a terrific win in Massachusettes, have you folks considered starting recall petitions on Senators who have sold the country out and have jepordized our future?
We need to send the government signals that we are serious about government and will not put up with fraud, backroom deals, corruption and putting out country in jeapordy.
Two Senators come immediately to mind: Nelson and Dodd. I realize that Dodd is stepping down, but the recall could spark a criminal investigation into payola, graft and overseas accounts which may land him in prison. State Freepers do you have any ideas for your states and senators?
It is time to clean house...and senate too!
This would be fun to watch as pitchforks come out and are prominently displayed at any townhall meetings these guys may choose to have.
Petition all you like. But there is no constitutional provision for recalling senators prior to the next scheduled election.

Highlighting in Yellow indicates targets. The number of bills that are yellow highlighted for a Congressman indicates the degree of the problem. These are clearly enemies of the Citizens.
So can we censure them, as Dodds father was? Can that force them to be taken out of their seats?

Why aren’t Jon Francois Carry, Bernie Sanders, Dennis Kookyspinich, and a whole lot of others in prison?
A list of this type without Graham, Snowe, and McCain is really poorly thought out.

WHat about in cases of treason?

It was time months ago to recall them. However, I’m not sure the Constitution addresses recall. Of course, not like these Senators give a crap about the Constitution anyway, but they’ll cling onto it if the shout for “recall” becomes loud (given there’s no provision for recall).
The real traitors to our country are people who wake up every day and decide how things should be done in “this country” without any understanding of how the Constitution works, or why it was written the way it was.
This “recall and punish” attitude is what you have in banana republics. Take this energy and put it to use reading Russell Kirk, or William F Buckley.

Because the legal definition of treason is a lot narrower than you think it should be.
