Some Voodoo priests in Haiti, meanwhile, have expressed their dismay at the way in which bodies have been thrown into mass graves.
“It is not in our culture to bury people in such a fashion,” said chief Voodoo priest Max Beauvoir at a meeting with President Rene Preval.
“The conditions in which bodies are being buried is not respecting the dignity of these people.”

Other reports of this meeting indicated that Beauvoir warned Preval that the mass graves would spawn armies of zombies.
I give up on Haiti. They are beyond help.
It is at least possible that our good Marines will not be welcomed as liberators.

equals massive disease in a population which has very little medical care, and poor drinking water, and little food.

The priest is concerned that without proper Voodoo burial, the dead will rise form the grave to torment the living — kind of like what happens in Democrat precincts on election day.
The Haitian Aid is being thwarted by Obama created insurrection behind the scenes ( Thank you SEIU and Kenyan operatives).This voo doo initiative is but a part of it.
Don’t you know yet how Obama works? He had a choice between:
a) a rapid response ( to his mind,Imperialistic)military response that would have secured Port au Prince and delivered immediate military security and aid within 48 hours.
b) the kumbayah UN aid model with a conglomeration of aid agencies that will fight with the US military rather that deliver stockpiled aid, AKA, the UN AID GOAT F_CK ( UNAGF).The UNAGF lines the pockets of crooks and organized crime in any country it “helps.”The people mostly starve and the aid agencies do mock protests about the barbaric nature of the testosterone driven natives, while simultaneously denigrating and interfering with military assistance.
Guess which model of aid Obama chose? Buahahahahahahahah!
Ask yourself: WHY?
You got to know how Obama works by now!
HINT1: ( the aid is designed not to work so that an emergency alternative will have to be invoked by Obama.)

The Voodo dude got it right. They should be burying these people with respect not treating them like garbage sent to the land fill.
if you actually saw (as shown on Fox News a few minutes ago) how trucks just dump hundreds of dead bodies into ditches as if they were just garbage being covered in a landfill...you’d probably agree with the voodoo priest

I wish they could have proper burials, but it is a tropical climate, and nearly a week of decay. They have little choice unless they want a massive health problem.

I understand your sentiment, ari-freedom. But in order to avert a public health crisis of biblical proportions, it is imperative to get the rotting corpses into the ground ASAP. Whatever remains of Haiti's pre-earthquake burial system is completely overwhelmed, and many of the victims have no survivors who can readily identify their remains. Burying the dead is almost as important as feeding the living.
Hey Max, instead of sitting around poking pins in dolls, get out there and
start burying the rotting corpses to your specifications.
