Martha Coakley probably thinks Taco Bell is a Mexican phone company.
RIP, Glen.

Ask not for whom the Taco Bell tolls, it tolls for thee.
Probably the not healthiest of fast foods, but it kept me going many a late night in school and the occaisional late night at the office.

Never knew Taco Bell was named after an actual person. Interesting. Anyhow, the labeling of Taco Bell as a "Mexican" restaurant is mighty generous. Sort of like calling Pizza Hut "Italian" cuisine. Still, there was nothing like a six-pack of their hard-shell tacos and a quart of Gatorade to cure a hangover and get those bowels moving.
Can't remember when was the first time I ever went into one. But it was probably Southern California during the early 1980s when I was stationed at Camp Pendleton in the Marine Corps. First time I ever heard of Taco Bell was in that Supertramp song "Gone Hollywood" from the "Breakfast in America" album. Always wondered what they meant by that line until I realized they were talking about a fast-food chain.
Anyway, RIP Taco Bell guy. Your food was always good for flushing out those intestines.

I remember collecting a bunch of “Gidget” memorabilia back when she was the Taco Bell spokesdog years ago! I loved those commercials - what an adorable dog!
And I’m probably in the minority here, but I think Taco Bell food is pretty good, too! I know it’s not “authentic” Mexican, but whatever it is, I like it.

Mr. Bell did great things for bachelorhood. If there had not been a Taco Bell and we were limited to burgers or cooking for ourselves many of us would have gotten married much sooner.

Martha Coakley probably thinks Taco Bell is a Mexican phone company. She thinks that "Make a run for the border" is the Democrat plan for comprehensive immigration reform.

I still have all my taco bell dog memorabilia. My chihuahua, Cocoa, was a “free to good home” dog, so I like to pick him up, show him the stuffed chi’s on their shelf, and remind him that each one cost me $4.00 whereas he, the living chi, was free. I’m trying to keep him humble.
