An animated crowd of more than 3,000 supporters are rallying for GOP Senate hopeful Scott Brown in Worcester this afternoon, in a last-minute get-out-the vote push for the suddenly popular state senator.
This race is close, but its not over, Brown said at a campaign stop earlier today. Every vote will count in this election.
While President Obama stumps for Attorney General Martha Coakley in Boston, Brown is taking the stage at Mechanics Hall with Red Sox [team stats] ace pitcher Curt Schilling [stats], Boston College legend and NFL star Doug Flutie, Cheers star John Ratzenberger, as well as his daughter, Ayla Brown.

Hmmmmmm, 3000 at a Brown rally and 1500-2000 at a Obama-Coakley rally. Sounds good to me.
He needs to have that young kid who heckled Obama today,
on the platform with him for the next two days.
Curt Schilling helped my two favorite teams win the World Series. The Diamondbacks and the Red Sox. He’s a winner!
Being a Yankee fan, I’ll let you have that one for now. :-)
“Every vote will count...”
***
Especially for the Dems. They’ll try to make those votes count twice.
And of course, they could always make up the shortfall by getting in those ballots from the cemeteries.
And then, there was this idiot:
“Karen Kappes, of Holden, said she was afraid for her safety at the event.
Im concerned about the level of anger, said Kappes, a Coakley supporter. Ive never felt unsafe when I was out campaigning before.
I am sure all the Kennedys will be voting - Teddy, old Joe, Jack, Bobby, Rose, etc etc
Although I grew up in Arizona, I was born in MA. Being a diehard Red Sox fan is in the genes. It's something I can't help. LOL!
As a Yankee fan I change my mind about Schilling, the man! But, I’ll never change my mind about Schilling, the player or the Red Sox. They both suck!!
I was there at least 3000 and they were pumped.what a ball everyone had.
LOL, I'd like to associate myself with your remarks.
I’m an NYC Blue Jay fan - Schilling’s been a winner everywhere he’s gone: Boston ‘04, Arizona ‘01, and I won’t forget his 2-0 shutout over Juan Guzman and the Blue Jays in ‘93, which Joe Carter a few days later made a lot easier to accept. Hopefully Tuesday Schilling adds another win to his stellar career.
Yeah, that’s why as a baseball player I can’t stand him. :-}
Ive never felt unsafe when I was out campaigning before.
Stolen elections have consequences ... you are ‘feeling’ them now, Ms. Kappes.
I was there and everyone respected everyone elses right to assmble...They are full of S...!
