IIRC, Glenn Greenwald is a moonbat, but he appears to be an honest moonbat. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

We always suspected that the Clinton-era White House had staffers in the basement monitoring and/or disrupting FR in the really “old” days here. Late 1990’s.

Cass Sunstein is literally, and clinically, criminally insane. No wonder Obama chose him. He belongs in a mental hospital under heavy sedation. Mark my words. if this man is allowed power, it will lead to disastrous and evil results.

Beck was not able the flush Cass Sunstein because he speaks in Weaselese. “Cognitively infiltrate” Sheesh!! It is harder to show him as the pernicious creep he is because few understand what he is writing.

Whoa, Cass Sunstein? He wrote one of the books I have to read for a personal security psych class. It’s called Nudge: http://www.amazon.com/Nudge-Improving-Decisions-Health-Happiness/dp/014311526X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1263767584&sr=1-1

What to expect from a public university. Sheesh.

This serves MANY purposes for our Communist leaders.

It will allow espionage and subversion to be aimed directly at American citizenry.

It is the control/influencing of information.

It is the slow beginning of the turning of law enforcement against those who speak out against the government (They’re all nuts, those anti-government, conspiracy freaks, and we must protect the people from them.) Add to the mix a little propaganda, a false flag operation, or two, and voila! law enforcement targets militias, then gun owners, then protestors, then the Tea Party movement. (MIAC report, they’re already calling you extremists, you know they want you guns, naked body scanners, military weaponry being used on unarmed citizens [G20], etc.)

It is the slow beginning of the erosion and eventual restriction of Free Speech and the right to assemble.

It creates suspicion and division in the target groups (Just read through this thread)

Finally, they get to decide what is a conspiracy theory and what isn’t

These are communists, FReepers.

After all that has happened this past year I sure hope you have seen enough to accept this fact.

We must see them for what they are so that we may act against them accordingly.

Communism is alive and well, and at your doorstep, America. Wake up, please!

What do you think about the Thought Police initiative by the BHO czar?

Hard to believe anyone this utterly fantastically stupidly ignorant could get any position outside of academia.

Any time you feel froggy, Sunny, just jump away!

You're going to learn a hard lesson about Americans, most of us aren't easy to intimidate.

So that's who the new guys are. :)

Here's how President Obama's pick to head the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs and author of "Repulblic.com," Cass Sunstein, describes FreeRepublic.com as "group polarization," where people segregate themselves so effectively online with other like-minded thinkers that they create an echo chamber where the group's worst and most malevolent opinions get reinforced and strengthened. "We might want to consider," Sunstein startlingly told the Times recently, "the possibility of ways of requiring or encouraging sites to link to opposing viewpoints."

It’s nt enough to get or people in there. We need to inscribe it in stone that our government is not to engage in such activities. The problem is that Republicans never reverse these decisions on the theory that they may want to exercise these very same powers. That is what leads to the path of tyranny..

As I've often said here....this has already been accomplished.

Obamski has long taken to heart the lessons that saved the communist revolution....Although community organizers are a major key to his goals, it was Felix Dzerzhinski's concept of infiltration of existing anti-government groups or creation of his own anti-government groups that was one of the major keys for the communists being able to hang on long enough to cement their power.

Communists learn and adapt....Conservatives and other patriotic Americans do no...
