Here is video of exiled former Haitian President Jean Bertrand-Aristide today saying he is prepared to return to Haiti and assist the people of the country in dealing with the devastation left by the 7.0 Earthquake that took place there earlier this week. Aristide is currently living in exile in South Africa.

I googled his name went to Encyclopedia Britannica website and got to this Haitian politician and Roman Catholic priest of the Salesian order, who was a vocal champion of the poor and disenfranchised. They should be evacuating the affected area, setting up tent cities in areas away from the disaster zone, east to Les Cayes and north to Gonaives.

Instead they trap the affected in the disaster zone while the international disaster industry gears up to strut their stuff and make tons of cash.
