Calling all Massachusetts Freepers: I know there has to be some Bay State Freepers out there who can give us the "pulse" of the Brown/Coakley Race. What are people saying? How is the race looking this last weekend? Any other info you can give us.

In Medway, a lot more Brown signs than Coakley signs. When Brown campaign called yesterday I asked for a sign and bumper sticker, they were out of them. I wrote Vote 4 Scott Brown in soap on my back windshield.

for once, I feel like my vote might actually count on Tuesday and can not wait to vote for Scott Brown!!

The so-called “attack” ads are actually encouraging me even more to support Brown. Wish I were a democrat and could vote more than once.

I live in north-central MA...

Pepperell-Townsend-Fitchburg area perhaps?

When I went to North Middlesex Regional High School in the early 1970's, Bob Hargraves was prinipal of our school. Today he's one of the few Republicans curently serving in the state house!

FReegards!

I was listening to Hannity on the way home from work and a lady called in who had gone to the Brown website — apparently you can go there and log in to make phone calls to Mass regardless of where you live. She had signed up and made about 150 calls — only a small handful had either hung up or said no thanks. The vast majority listened and said they were voting for Brown.

Thank you for all that you are doing!

There are some detractors here, but I think the vast majority realize the importance of this election and are supporting Brown.

I agree with you, your never going to get Jeff Sessions in Mass.

I’m getting the feeling that it’s going to be like the 2002 gubernatorial race. They told us that it would be close and that we might not know who was the winner until maybe the next morning.

Well, polls closed here at eight, and by nine o’clock, it was 55-45 Romney and Shannon O’Brien had conceded.

My prediction 54-46 Brown.

"Plus, I know people are scared about the absentee ballots, but here in Mass it’s handled differently, when the polls open on Tuesday all the absentee ballots are brought to the precinct and run through the machine to have them counted, plus a hard count is taken before hand of how many ballots went out, so they can’t slip in extras later."

Lord, I pray you're right...I think cheating on the part of the dems is the only thing standing in the way of a Brown win...

I’ve never, ever seen or heard anything like the air war being waged by the Dems and their allies (and most of the money seems to be coming from DSCC and the like). My take is that if the election were held today, Brown would win, since the free media focus is on Coakley’s gaffes and the Brown surge. I’m afraid the free media (most of it liberal to very liberal) will turn on Brown over the next three days.

Expect Clinton and Obama to bring at least a few Dems home. Unlike some other folks, I think Obama can spook some unenthusiastic Dems into voting. REMEMBER that Brown’s greatest advantage is that this is a special election and the listless and lazy Dem voters may not show up. If Obama really can make this about him— not about Coakley— some of those folks may shuffle their way to the polls.

S&S, you’re right. If you don’t live here in MA (I’m in Boston), you can have no idea how huge this is. A guy overcoming a 30-point lead to a well-known liberal Dem AG, a guy no one had heard of before early Nov.— in this state. No one should have any reservations, ideological or otherwise, about Scott Brown.

I agree! The negativity on here is disgusting. Yes, let’s sit by and let the crazy lady win because you don’t agree with Scott Brown on EVERY LITTLE THING. Voting AGAINST a woman who allows children to be molested, who knowingly imprisons innocent people, who wants taxpayers to pay for abortions, and who fully supports partial-birth abortions would leave me with a completely clear conscience...and getting to vote for a guy like Scott Brown would be a bonus. If only I could vote in Mass.!

Good points. But take a moment to see fellow FReepers anxiety over this election. We out of state folks are on pins and needles over this election.

Brown by Reagan standards ..no...but he can block nazicare and set a tone for for the next few elections. A win by him would start a tidal wave.

keep up the good work!

I will be in MA this weekend for reasons unrelated to the campaign. If my time up there weren’t so booked up, I’d have been happy to pick up a sign and help. I will see if I can try to pick up on the mood of the state while there.

From what I hear from my conservative friend up there, he is very excited. He already voted absentee for Brown.

Some of my other contacts in MA seem relatively optimistic, a few think that not only will Brown win, but he’ll win by a margin similar to the one Christie won in NJ. We shall see.

Thank you for your inputand your good wishes. I know the Freepers and the country are watching. We need prayers here to help Scott Brown across the finish line.

There is fear that the Democrats are so desperate, they are going into their bag of devious tricks and will be pulling something out on Monday.
