America Rising: Open Letter to the REPUBLICAN PARTY (VIDEO)
YouTube ^ | January 12, 2010 | AmericaIsRising

I have discovered what looks to be Part 2 of the America Rising VIDEO that has been spreading like wildfire across the Internet. Not sure of its origins.

I hope it originates with the Tea Party Movement.

Too bad they aren't running with the previews in every movie theater in America.

Well done. After I saw the first one, I started imagining what would work for the next one. Too bad there's not a budget for audio and action to show sleepy-headed Americans seated in those theaters or in front of boob-tubes what's in store down the Liberal road:

1. Scene: Middle-aged woman desperate on the telephone in a shabby but respectable typical American kitchen; behind her sits her husband, looking pretty sick. She speaks with anger and anguish into the phone: "What do you mean it'll be another week before you can see whether or not he qualifies? He might not last another day! He needs that procedure NOW!"

2. Scene: Four tired, neat, tidy, but unshowered adults get into a mid-sized sedan and next are driving down a wide city thoroughfare, where traffic is light-medium. Strip malls are plentiful but the landscaping is ragged; activity and open stores in the streetside strip malls are light. Camera pans in on boarded-up Trader Joe's, abandoned weed-infested McDonalds with a boarded-up playground, and what looks to be a long-abandoned Starbucks. A longer view is of a large, empty parking lot in front of large building; its signs are gone, but where the bright red signs with the word "Target" and trademark logo used to be, you can make out their outlines from sun fade. Back in the car, the driver says: "Okay, our carbon footprint credits add up to enough gas to keep us going for about an hour, and it looks like Justin's stop is going to be first ..."

3. Woman planning dinner for her small family opens up the cupboard that in any American kitchen today would be stuffed with cooking oil, spices, flour, dry cereal, oatmeal, crackers, pasta, etc. etc. But in this scene, the cupboard has maybe half a dozen items in it. A teenager comes into the kitchen and opens the refrigerator door, then quickly shuts it again, grinning ruefully at his mom. "I know, I know ... since our electricity is only on eight hours a day, I can't be opening the refrigerator all the time, I know, Ma."

This WILL happen if the Liberals have their way with the Carbon Credit crap and Health Care.

It would be great to have an unlimited budget and blast this across all television stations.

I cry BS... America cannot rise, will not rise. America does not want freedom. America does not love liberty. America is just the way 51 percent of the public wants it. Stupid, drug and porn addled ignorant, lazy serfs who don’t understand they are slaves. They don’t even understand that the fact that you can’t walk through any town in America with an empty hunting rifle over your shoulder without being hassled by the cops constitutes a grave breach of the 2nd Amendment. They want no responsibility for their actions. They want no freedom to make mistakes. They want to protect themselves from their own stupidity by imposing laws on each other. Americans... Work 60% of every year for somebody else. They are slaves. But they want it that way. Here is another open letter to the Democrat Party. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s0bh77k2Wdk&feature=related Again I call BS. I hope you can prove me wrong but I doubt it. Am I defeatist? Maybe. But I have spent too much time on FREE Republic arguing with these liberty lovers that red light cameras are a bad idea, as are seat belt laws, and helmet laws. I have been called insane because I tip the scales towards liberty and freedom, and am willing to take on risk to attain it. But even here the American slaves want police protection from their own stupidity. Things have to change here first. It is a radical mindset change that I don’t see happening any time soon. HERE these brave heroes want safety and predictability and will fund cops with guns to ensure they can be guaranteed safety. These freedom loving law and order republicans have built the police state that the left will use against them. The infrastructure exists to compel the citizenry by force to comply with any number of insane measures. An infrastructure built of courts and cops, funded with federal grants pouring into local governments. Will these same freedom loving people start a political revolution? Nah.

Thanks for posting. Kick ass. Not quite as “powerful” as the other one but that’s mainly due to imagery. The message is still clear enough except for those in Washington of course.

No, they want freedom and security at the same time and get told by phonies like Obama(most of all), McCain and Bush they can have both.

Just what we need, a third party.

Wondering if this came from Nancy Pelosi’s office. :(

I hope you help prove yourself wrong, with all due respect. We can do this. I’m sure it was a similar argument going on in Philly with those gents looking to tell England to flake off.
