What scares me Jim, is that half of America disagrees with you about throwing the bums out.....Then we have Acorn and such, making sure that your vote isn’t counted.
So I guess that leaves rebellion as our only option.
Forcing D.C. to secede would be a nice alternative. Would anyone miss it?
Yesterday the RNC called asking me for money, I gave the poor schlubb quite an earful, and told him to call me back when the Republican leaders find their testicles AND their principles AND they aren't afraid to use them. "I'll support individual candidates like Rubio," I explained, "but the party has a hard lesson to learn and they clearly have not learned it yet."
He said, "I don't understand your point, I mean, we're trying to elect good conservatives all across the board ... " and I cut him off right there.
"Four syllables," I said. "Scuz. Za. Fa. Va." And I hung up on him.

A reset button suggests everything bad immediately gets erased and we start over again at the default settings. While this is nice, no one learns anything. Repairing America takes time and through hard work and education. It took the left this long to put the screws to us. It will take us that much time to fix it. It is time to start though.
Uh-huh. Until election time gets near, then it’s “elect the Marxist Republican so the Marxist Democrat doesn’t win”.

Our self appointed ruling class of Congressmen are way below average in intelligence and all other measurements - They are inferior people who should never be given a job above dish washer.
Shall we take a brief look at that last claim? First Amendment - no "hate speech" laws, no government campaigns against the free expression of religion. Second Amendment - clean the illegal laws off the books, abolish the BATF, prosecute anyone who maintains an illegal database on firearms purchases. Fourth Amendment - no more "no-knock" warrants, DUI checkpoints, SWAT teams breaking doors down. Fifth Amendment - no more asset forfeiture laws, no bending the law such that an accused must offer evidence in the way of anything, including body secretions, taken without consent. Sixth Amendment - no more secret testimony or silent depositions. Ninth Amendment - the federal government gets to do exactly what is enumerated in the Constitution and no more. No creative interpretation, no cute "well, Congress has the right to regulate commerce and everything is commerce, so Congress has the right to regulate everything." Anyone who tries it needs to be jailed. And finally, the Tenth Amendment, quoted in full: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
This can be done peacefully although not without the shrieking attendant to a ruling class being disenfranchised. It will be damned in academia, ridiculed in the foreign press, and resisted by any number of bureaucracies whose very existence is threatened. Unions will blanch. Institutions will thunder. Fat cats will howl.
And a very large number of people comfortably ensconced within the ruling class will lose their jobs. Welcome to our world, folks. Now or later, and the longer it takes the more painful it will be.
