Yep, He is right.
IT IS TIME to DRAIN THE SWAMP! IT IS TIME TO DOWNSIZE DC!
Eliminate entire Departments (Education, EPA, etc)
Force Congress & Senate to telecommute most of the year. Under the thumb of the electorate in their home district, away from the lobbyists.
Congress is required to meet at least 1 time per year, with no specified length of session. It is simply not necessary for them to be constantly in session.
The Texas Legislature meet every other year, and it seems to work OK. Why not something similar for Congress.
Can you imagine the savings in operating expense and the savings due to fraud prevention (exposure).
This should be part of EVERY states law, and not limited to firearms either. The feds need to be reigned in NOW!
Any official, agent, or employee of the government of the United States, or employee of a corporation providing services to the government of the United States that enforces or attempts to enforce a act, order, law, statute, rule or regulation of the government of the United States upon a personal firearm, a firearm accessory, or ammunition that is manufactured commercially or privately in New Hampshire and that remains within the State of New Hampshire shall be guilty of a class B felony.

Unintended Consequences? Is Henry Bowman running for Congress?
I like the fact that the states are beginning to push back against the Feds, but given the 0bama regime's penchant for ignoring The Constitution and the number of leftist judges, it may be questionable if the states' actions to invoke The Tenth Amendment will be upheld.
However, I must take exception to his use - and OVER use - of the canard that in 2008, 'conservatives stayed home'(1).
(1) A quick trip to CNN's Election Central proves how wrong that is. Its also as false as the canard that, 'Immigration cost us congress in 2006'.
(No Thread hijacking intended. Tim Dunkin just shouldn't have went there in his article.)
Dunkin needs to learn English — and/or get a non-ESL proofreader...

How about: Would Obama and Co. have the nerve to try to use the military to force New Hampshire to violate the 4th Amendment rights of its citizens? This "health care reform" debacle is built on demanding some of the most private of information: your health records, which should be sacrosanct and housed within the unbreachable doctor/patient relationship.
Awesome!
Reuters,AP, NYT etc. NEVER seem to report on this.......
Here is a list of 10th amendment supporters.
