Unintended consequences: Obama and company provoke 10th Amendment backlash

I like the fact that the states are beginning to push back against the Feds, but given the 0bama regime's penchant for ignoring The Constitution and the number of leftist judges, it may be questionable if the states' actions to invoke The Tenth Amendment will be upheld.

If that's the case then it's time for a showdown. Let the courts enforce their decisions...let's see what happens. I don't believe there's a court in the land that has the authority to stand in the way of a State invoking the 10th Amendment. That doesn't mean they won't try.

The the question becomes which is better armed, the judge or the state. A judge paid by the feds making a ruling on a case where one of the parties is the federal government is of questionable force anyway. The case should probably be heard by state jurists from nine other states instead.

Then the states will have to make sure the amendment is upheld won't they? Ignore rulings from liberal judges, the constitution is clear. If Bozo wants to try to use military force against the states he may be unhappily surprised.
