To: The Sons of Liberty
The Constitution and the number of leftist judges, it may be questionable if the states' actions to invoke The Tenth Amendment will be upheld.

If that's the case then it's time for a showdown. Let the courts enforce their decisions...let's see what happens. I don't believe there's a court in the land that has the authority to stand in the way of a State invoking the 10th Amendment. That doesn't mean they won't try.

The next clause that needs to be added is that no court ruling to the contrary will be recognized if said ruling comes from a court not appointed by the governor or elected by citizens of that state.

I fully expect some of the Federal Courts to try to negate the state’s actions. If states do not comply, my guess is that officials will be held in contempt, and possibly Federal Marshals, or the National Guard sent to enforce their orders. This is the way the Civil Rights issues were enforced in the 60’s, and right or wrong, the enforcement nullified the Tenth Amendment.
