On Wednesday, the staff at Anaheim Medical Center became suspicious of the story given them by Juana Perez Valencia, 19, who though showing all of the signs, claimed she had not just given birth. Orange County deputies arrived and questioned her, eventually finding the corpse of her newborn daughter in the dumpster behind Sombrero’s restaurant, where Valencia works as a waitress.
Apparently, Valencia gave birth to the girl on Tuesday night in the restaurant’s bathroom, and allegedly placed the baby into a plastic bag, before tossing her into the dumpster.
An autopsy concluded that the baby had in fact been born alive and healthy.
Deputy District Attorney Ebrahim Baytieh told the Orange County Register that the Mexican national had concealed her pregnancy, and was fully aware that she could have simply handed the baby over to authorities with no questions asked, but instead chose to let her die in a trash bin.
The Orange County District Attorney‘s Office issued the following statement: "The baby girl was born alive. Baby Doe weighed 6.3 pounds and was 17 inches long. The defendant is accused of murdering the baby, putting Baby Doe in a plastic bag, and throwing her body in a dumpster behind the restaurant."
Valencia has been charged with murder and currently sits in the Orange County Jail awaiting her arraignment next week. If convicted, she faces a sentence of 25 years to life. Prosecutors are seeking $1 million bail.

6. In 2000, Ted Kennedy got the so-called Late Amnesty, legalizing another 400,000 illegal aliens who claimed that they missed out on Kennedy’s 1986 amnesty.
7. In 2000, Ted Kennedy also won the LIFE Act Amnesty for an estimated 900,000 illegal aliens. Another disastrous Kennedy legacy:
Teddy and his brother Bobby were instrumental in drawing up and passing the 1965 immigration "reform" law----that changed the ethnic distribution of immigrants who were coming in from predominantly European origin....... to encourage predominantly Latin American, and other Third World immigration, and Asians (including Moslems).
The primary purpose of their bill (never admitted publicly), was new Dem voters.......including illegals with stolen ID's that followed.
Another disastrous consequence: the US was more vulnerable to sabotage from within. The immigration tidal wave enabled the Left's evil agenda of "diversity," "multiculturalism," and "political correctness." Ethnic tensions in both urban and suburban areas were exacerbated.
The MSM has never linked the increased "Balkanization." and instability of American culture to the Kennedy brothers, although they deserve a huge share of the blame.

ALL OF THAT IS COLLECTED WITH JUST ONE IDENTITY Evidence shows illegals establish several identities with phony SS nos and fake documents (which these "poor immigrants" buy from document brokers for several thousand dollars). All those phony identities vote, too.
The illegal gravy train increases our costs---state and federal taxes, homeowners and auto insurance, utilities and healthcare, so that greedy illegals---violating our borders with their hands out----can enjoy a perpetual free ride on the US gravy train.

Total value of freeloading, SSI and ID theft, $3000 grand a month in California.
Add EITC and you have $40,000 per year being sucked out of the system. This is just one family.
One more death to chalk up for the open boarder fools. This time it’s another child. Oh boy... its sure worth it! /s
