ABC had the story tonight. They said that Rush had said he was on medication for back pain (shouldn’t that be confidential?) Then they talked about the fact he had been addicted to painkillers...
....so basically on ABC News Tonight...they said...
“Hey! Painkillers!”
Our Golden Voice is needed to lead the further battles against leftist fascism for the next few years at least.
My guess would be that he had a heart attack, and we aren’t being told. I don’t care really, because it’s none of our business what he has going on in his medical or personal life.
Godspeed, Rush.
“I’d donate a heart to keep Rush alive,” wrote conservative blogger Dan Riehl. “Just need a knife and a liberal close by.”
ROFLMAO! :)
I’m glad to hear he has returned from the dead.
I don't care who you are...that is just funny as hell.
LOL!
Unusual southerly winds recently have covered the islands with VOG - volcanic haze. It was bad enough yesterday that I could taste the sulfer in the morning air. This VOG will adversely affect some people with breathing problems. It may be that Rush experienced chest pains or the onset of a heart attack as a result of the VOG.
In a few more hours we will go into the next year, and two things will remain the same.
-We will still have Rush, a good and successful man, a patriot.
-ABC will still be a disgrace, going broker by the day and remain an organization of and for traitors.

I haven’t prayed for a long time and I am not religious, but, I prayed last night for his health. I also prayed for America and the rest of the world (except for the liberals) :D
Baruch hashem (Thank G-d).
We end the year on a High Note!
I'm not saying he's knocking on death's door or in a coma. But I don't think he's lounging in bed watching TV and cracking jokes either...
Rush, your service to the USA is amazing. I pray for a full and quick recovery. I could care less if I ever hear you on the radio again, though I will miss hearing your voice of reason.
When Rush got out of rehab, the non-narcotic drug they gave hime for the pain was Vioxx. Well, now, Vioxx has been pulled due to heart issues and strokes. I’ve been wondering what they have given him since. The only remaining CoxII inhibitor left is Celebrex and while it is a great drug for pain, it gave me a bleeding ulcer and so did Bextra, another supposedly better CoxII inhibitor. It’s banned now too so what are they giving him for his chronic pain? Celebrex? It’s the only one left as far as I know and while it does work, the bleeding ulcer is a bad side effect you don’t want.
Since I was having problems with the normal narcotic painkillers, they put me on Methadone. I was really against it since it’s what they give junkies to get off of Heroin and other strong narcotics.
Well, it turns out, Methadone is a great painkiller. There isn’t any opiate euphoria so you can take as many as you want and you don’t get high. You do however, get dead if you take a bunch to get high since it’s still a narcotic and it reduces your breathing until you die. Since this overdose possibility is no joke, they titrate the amount you use up to the amount that works.
Since you don’t get the euphoria which many people, myself included, gauged the effectiveness of a drug’s pain killing properties by the euphoria (a wrong way to measure a drugs effectiveness) and the pain www boards all talk about how Methadone saved them from taking incredible amounts of Oxycontin to straight immediate release Oxycodone and other strong schedule II drugs you get. Since you don’t get euphoria, you can give the Doctor an honest number on the pain scale (1 to 10 with 10 being the worst). I went from 8 and 9 to around 4. Another great thing is that it has a very long lifespan (over 24 hours, the pain killer effect stops around 12 hours but you don’t get withdrawals in your system so instead of clock watching for your next dose to avoid the horrible effects of withdrawals. You just take it around the time you’re scheduled to take it at and since you don’t get withdrawals, you get sleep since you don’t feel any withdrawals and it’s a great painkiller. Too bad is has such a bad rap as a painkiller.
Anyway, sorry for such as long post; I hope Rush recovers quickly and also gets the relief from all the pain he has.
Good luck Rush, we all miss ya!!!!
