Could Obama Use INTERPOL to Evade Constitutional Law?
NewsReal ^ | December 30, 2009 | Liz Blaine

Much has been written recently since ThreatsWatch first broke the story of President Obama’s stealth Executive Order (EO) rendering an international police force immune from the restrictions of the Constitution and American law. Reports are focusing on the ramifications of the EO to U.S. sovereignty and the potential surrender of Americans to war crime tribunals in the International Criminal Court (ICC). But is the President using the 2(c) provision to sidestep Constitutional law and place the U.S. under the jurisdiction of the ICC without ratification of the UN Treaty by 2/3 of the Senate? Or is he granting unrecognized authority to INTERPOL, the International Criminal Police Organization, providing them unrestrained power over the American people? And could he use these privileges to step above and beyond the Constitution, or as a means for political cronies to profit?

“The SOB is looking to control the American people through outside forces, since he won’t be able to count on the U.S. military to fire on their own families. The question is, what is he going to do to get the U.S. military out of the picture....”

He’s got plenty of recruits who have NO loyalty to this nation.

The ‘incident’ at ft. Hood also comes to mind.

Soldiers sworn in as U.S. citizens

[snip]”Immigrant soldiers receive expedited naturalization. A recent report from the Immigration Policy Center said that as of June 30 there were 114,601 foreign-born individuals serving in the U.S. armed forces or about 7.91 percent of the 1.4 million military personnel on active duty.

And between Oct. 1, 2008 and Sept. 30, 2009, 10,505 immigrant soldiers became citizens, the report said.

* An overwhelming majority (69 percent) of people in Mexico thought that the primary loyalty of Mexican-Americans (Mexico- and U.S.-born) should be to Mexico. Just 20 percent said it should be to the United States. The rest were unsure

May God bless and defend this country and its people.

The Bible tends to show a different reaction to nations that deny his existence and willfully disobey his laws. In fact there seem to be many examples. Just saying.

With tinfoil hat firmly in place, I say: Some of the Stimulus money is being actively used to set up an infrastructure for a domestic force aimed at quelling civil unrest. This force will be associated with INTERPOL and will not be subject to the US Constitution. Recruitment will begin in major cities, in an effort to deal with a growing unemployment problem. All of this will happen in the Spring of 2010 as civil unrest in the US grows as a result of the worsening economic climate.

Unfortunately, I feel the same way. I think this man's intentions are far more devious than people want to admit.

This EO is scary as hell .. I’m not too worried about them trying to arrest Bush/Cheney they do have secret service protection at all times and I dont think Dear Leader is that stupid to turn a blind eye if Interpol were to ever target those two. That being said, the only reason I can think of for such an order is to remove opposition without the intereference of the American proccess

I'm convinced that the game is afoot. Obama wants us to start it, and he will push and push and be ever more over the top until someone, somewhere snaps and does something. Then Obama will move fast and unveil all that he has prepared for us.

I think this is the plan as well.

It kid of scared me to read the article and check the sourced links because it appears to be exactly what it looks like. What happened to the day when I could go online and laugh at all the conspiracy theorists and their BS? I no longer find it funny.

His EO certainly bypasses Senate ratification of the UN treaty. Perhaps Obama’s trying to make up for his failure to commit the US to the COP15 climate treaty.

He seems to being doing a great job of it already with Nancy and Harry, and soon to have a packed Court. He doesn't need interpol.

Why don’t the Rebublicans hold a press conference and ask some tough questions about why this President has done this

Because they are all in on it.

I dont trust Republicans any more than I do Democrats.

Anyone still wonder why the Founders believed so deeply in the right to keep and bear arms? If this nation and our liberty are ever to be reclaimed, the efforts of an armed public will be required.

I would hope you to be right. The problem is, though, the leftists are treating this like a chess game. Have all their pieces in place, then checkmate. We’re not organized yet. Too much American Idol and Sunday football still.

I beleive it was Jefferson who said, “The beauty of the Second Amendment is you won’t need it until they try to take it away.”

Does anyone realise that Interpol has no arrest power anywhere?

All they really do is act as a clearing house for information and distribute wanted notices called red sheets.

from http://www.interpol.int

........

INTERPOL is the world’s largest international police organization, with 188 member countries. Created in 1923, it facilitates cross-border police co-operation, and supports and assists all organizations, authorities and services whose mission is to prevent or combat international crime.

INTERPOL aims to facilitate international police co-operation even where diplomatic relations do not exist between particular countries. Action is taken within the limits of existing laws in different countries and in the spirit of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. INTERPOL’s constitution prohibits ‘any intervention or activities of a political, military, religious or racial character.’
.....

Of course I would not trust interpol OR the push to actually give them arrest powers in the future. If anything, if interpot is doing anything with the UN then it is by its nature political.

You should read the article. I read the content at the source links and if you check the USNCB/INTERPOL website their prime function has been to seek and arrest US fugitives. Unbelievably, they search for EPA fugitives.
