Johnston said he didn't want to hurt or embarrass his son -- or Bristol. He thinks Sarah Palin, not Bristol, is acting with "sheer malice," Butler wrote in a court filing.
"He feels Sarah Palin, through her lawyer, under the guise of Bristol Palin's name, would run roughshod over his very bones," Butler wrote."

What an @$$ this little twit is. I want to know who is paying him to be this way? Some group needs to send a PI out to track his every move and find out. I don’t think he has a chance of getting custody sincehe hasn’t been in Alaska for what about a year now and given his white trash family background but you never know with judges.
Nothing to fear = no reason to pay. As Al B said earlier if Johnson’s got any provable dirt on Gov Palin he would have got 30 pieces of silver for it long ago. He’s not a discplined individual as his actions to date clearly illustrate. Time for him to put up or shut up.
That channel and those people are never going to like Sarah or change their minds about her, just like we’re never going to change our minds about their hero Obama.
I am speaking to the larger electorate that matters. Sarah’s family is well known, and Levi’s is rather notorious for his felon mother’s drug addiction and his own PlayGirl “modeling.”
Let the court record show that Bristol is pursuing her education and he is NOT, let the court record show his source(s) of income and those of his family. It’ll take a court order to bring his mother into court since she is doing the remainder of her prison sentence at home.
He wants a public display. I think he’ll rue the day. Sarah Palin won’t.
You know what is glaringly missing from all this BS? The vindictive words of Sarah Palin. Where are they? I haven’t seen any. What interview did she give that went over the top?

Here's a hint - if you want other freepers to listen to you, start being more objective on the subject of Sarah Palin yourself. Right now, you come off like a two-bit David Frum.
No, I got the right debate. There is a disconnect between what she wrote and what actually happened. I actually think what she really said is better than what she wrote.
I want as much about her to be known as possible...the good, the bad and if there is any, the ugly. Then we can decide.
Van Flein, in his court filing on behalf of Bristol, said that Levi to date has supplied less than 1% of Tripp's support.
The punk can grandstand all he wants. The truth is about to come out on him. Unfortunately, it's to the child's detriment. Sad. This should be kept private for the child's benefit.

It is clearly the right one. Palin acquits herself well but her version in the book of what happened is not accurate. Make of that what you will.
She approved the quote for the book.
